Yeah because it is a huge difference, especially by Batman’s own standards who isn’t capable of killing a single person because he knew the road it could lead him down. I think this is why Batman has trouble fully empathizing with Clark at first and causes the start of the huge rift between them. Batman knows both Joker and Clark so well that he doesn’t consider for a second that Lois’s murder was Clark’s fault at all. I think he couldn’t even entertain the idea of Clark feeling at fault because Batman deep down would know he might responded this same way and would have trouble fighting against him. Idk if that makes any sense lmao
And yet, there's this comic scene where the nuke didn't go off in Metropolis and they arrested Joker. Then Batman decided to take him to Arkham, only to snap his neck personally and with him being in the prison for his crimes. Then I realized, it was all Supes dream.

no matter how many times i watch this the music at the beginning of the game where they show the devastation of Superman's city still sends chills down my spine and gets me more hyped up for it's processor, injustice 2.
Lantern holding flash back from standing with Billy is exactly one of the reasons Lantern is not trusted nearly as much as Flash going into Injustice 2. Batman was right when he said if the regime was still around he'd still be wearing yellow. Lantern did want to leave the regime, but he was too scared and his yellow lantern abilities run on fear. Without it, he'd just be Hal Jordan again. No lantern at all. He chose to stick with the regime because he'd be powerless otherwise. Flash on the other hand completely turned on the regime the moment Superman executed a kid right in front of him.
That was great!! I was right into it, the characters, the fighting, the conflict. I never been into Superman but the dictator Superman is INTENSE. He truly kicks ass and this game showed it.
The gameplay is good, but where the game really shines is the cutscenes. the story is so well told, and even with such old quality, the game does really well, even now
It must be very bittersweet for Batman to see and work with Superman again, when he is brought from the other dimension. Truly a rush of mixed feelings.
Well, the game is centred around the good Justice League bringing the Regime down, so you can thematically expect that lighter tones will be used. That having been said, there's still a great deal of intrigue and death, just less gruesome and dark compared to the comics, yes.
I kinda liked it because I read Injustice year 1 to 5 before watching this and kinda gives u a sense of relief because there is some hope in this depressing world.
I highly doubt that considering comic books are made for children under 12 years old. Maybe it's dark in your eyes, but not objectively I wouldn't think.
i love when the guards of atlantis were attacking Aquaman. "do needless spins and flips before lunging your weapon! make sure you have no balance or sense of direction at the crucial moment to strike!"
@@Strangeminds38 Does that still erase the fact that he blindly followed Superman for five years? That he sold out his fellow Green Lanterns and the Guardians to the Sinestro Corps and embraced the yellow light of fear? That he not only ripped off Guy's arm but also threw him to his death (after Sinestro manipulated him into killing him)? That he sided with the man who killed his friend and his pregnant wife (Oliver and Dinah)? That he saw Shazam (Billy Batson) as a casualty of war rather than his friend? That he sided with Sinestro, the man who murdered his friends Kyle and John, and stated that he was right? That, rather than becoming a part of the solution, he becomes another problem to be dealt with? That he betrayed his planet, his fellow Green Lanterns (some of whom were his friends) and the friends on Earth?
I agree, but it would have helped a great deal if he had gotten his head straight from the first year that Superman decided to lord himself over the Earth and enforce his totalitarian will on the planet. That is my thought. I would like to hear other thoughts.
@@hassandahab3050 No, Hal hates himself for that but his willpower is stronger than his hatred, that's why the Green Lanterns gave him another chance and that's the reason he changed into a better man.

1:24:40 The Injustice Universe's regime principles: Obedience, Order, Control - OOC (is it a coincidence that OOC can also stand for 'out of character', like how some of the Injustice versions of the characters feel at times? XD)
Flash hits during that special after accelerating to 29 million miles per hour (3 seconds to circle the globe), or a bit over 4% of the speed of light. I'm not great at force calculations, but if my math is correct, that's equal to about 9.2 megatons of TNT. That's the force of a goddamned nuclear bomb the same size as the ones we dropped on Japan. I'm pretty sure that anyone he hits at that speed should be reduced to a fine, red mist. Except maybe Superman, Black Adam, Wonder Woman, and Shazam. Edit, one year later: I really need to remember this moment. It's not his greatest speed or striking feat, but it sure puts things in perspective when you realize that this is 4% of light speed, and he can travel at least 10⁶³× the speed of light. Which means he can hit 2.5×10⁶⁴-ish times as hard as a nuclear bomb. That is fucking insane.
1:39:09 Ya know after 5 yrs of resisting that corrupted Superdick's MADNESS & after SO MANY FAILURES on him & after Lex Luthor failed, that alternate Batman was finally about to just GIVE UP! Thank god our NORMAL DC UNIVERSE BATMAN brought him around though!

I would love to see an Avengers vs Justice League film with the quality of Marvel & visuals of Zack Snyder.
Well i would love to watch that
That would be history for both DC and Marvel fans.
1:43:58 - the Prometheus school of running away really is popular, isn't it?
LIBERTY PRIME Very
Lantern holding flash back from standing with Billy is exactly one of the reasons Lantern is not trusted nearly as much as Flash going into Injustice 2.
Flash on the other hand completely turned on the regime the moment Superman executed a kid right in front of him.
and Hal had a track record for going bad before. two words; Emerald Twilight
That was great!! I was right into it, the characters, the fighting, the conflict. I never been into Superman but the dictator Superman is INTENSE. He truly kicks ass and this game showed it.
1:05:32 God, they made Deathstroke so good in this. The voice actor killed it
Ron Perlman would approve.
40:54-40:58 “Quiet or I’ll cuff you leave for the police”
“Then why did you save me from them?”
😂😂😂Good Point.
Rest in peace, Kevin Conroy. You will always be my Batman. :)
I love that quote at the beginning. Lex was one of the best WWE world champions ever.
Wrong Lex. That's Luthor, not Luger.
Superman technically killed a kid.... yikes..
bitch.
yeah I know he's a total dick
So? That matters... how?
Yes, because letting a guy like the Joker live is 'dickish thing' to do... rather than the smartest thing in the world.
They were talking about Shazam...not the joker
The gameplay is good, but where the game really shines is the cutscenes. the story is so well told, and even with such old quality, the game does really well, even now
A rock. You're gonna throw a rock at Superman.
Love you Green Arrow.
Even this long after this game came out and it is STILL the best story in any Comic. So good.
This is the most cliche "gritty" story a comic property has ever done
@@ozioni2553 well not really since you technically either side unless the obs evil and good
@@Yami-mugoni613 what are you trying to say
Well fun fact there are comics that link up with this so it's the best story in comics as well
It must be very bittersweet for Batman to see and work with Superman again, when he is brought from the other dimension. Truly a rush of mixed feelings.
Joker: Batman corrupts young minds.
Also Joker: Literally corrupted Tim Drake’s mind.(Yes he was young when this happened)
"You'll have to get in line"
Something superman knows and takes it so casually on the people who want to take him down.
The comics are just so darker than the game....
Maybe it's dark in your eyes, but not objectively I wouldn't think.
idk what injustice your reading but the comics are definitely way darker than the game.
Dylan Perry dude read the comics this isn't the fucking 60s shits dark
Batman outside: You gave Him a nuke!?
Batman inside: OHSHITOHFUCKOHGODOHNO
58:04 Having Cyborg shrug, say 'I'm still turned on,' and walk towards a prone body is definitely a creative decision. XD
i love when the guards of atlantis were attacking Aquaman. "do needless spins and flips before lunging your weapon! make sure you have no balance or sense of direction at the crucial moment to strike!"
When i was a little kid my dad had this on his laptop and i thought it was a movie and i enjoyed every single part
Flash is the only one in the regime who got his head straight.
And Hal Jordan in the end.
Flash a bitch that's why
1:16:27 he was gonna say "Humpty Dumpty's suit is all fucked up" lol
anyone else watch this just to remember what happened to get ready for injustice 2?

Real PotatoKinq yep
I came here to remind myself how good this was. And it was so damn good.
Is Injustice 2 a sequel to this game?
@@soralight_x supposedly? But injustice 2 has a Green arrow.. and Injustice 1 implies Superman had already killed them? 🤷🏻♂️
Glad they choose the MK creators to develop this game. They actually put good story modes in their fighting games. Not great, but good. Unlike the shit like SFV smh.
mr marvelous I really enjoyed sfv's story.
+SFV_E12 It was ok, but it didn't connect as well as Injustice.
Luthor: Beautiful isn't it?
Deathstroke: What, the moon? or it's light shining off your bald head.
Luthor:....I'm pleased you wanted to meet.
Freaking Deathstroke man.
1:47:20 It's pretty bad form of Doomsday to just stand there in the background and watch Doomsday get a beatdown. You'd think Doomsday would have Doomsday's back. After all, if the roles were reserved, you know Doomsday would have done it for Doomsday.
Watching the flash run away at normal speed with Oliver is pretty comical.
I'm really glad they brought back some of the voice actors from the DCAU such as: Kevin Conroy, George Newbern, Susan Eisenberg and Phil LaMarr.
Mark Hamil
@mynameiszem0 Mark Hamill didn't voice the Joker in the Injustice games, that was Richard Epcar.
I had to rewatch this masterpiece after seeing the movie for the second one. Both are awesome, but I like this one better.
This whole game can be summed up by one line spoken by Earth one Hal Jordan - “time to kick my ass”
Love that line though. 😂
58:10
This will forever be the most intense hacking session
Just finished reading the injustice comics. I Would recommend them because it gives this story a lot more context!
I had to come back and watch this game after burning my eyes out over the injustice animated movie lol
guess you got the shazam experience
Absolute waste of potential
@@LordyT34 they shouldve turned it into an animated series
I just realized at 13:38 might be Batman's recording to counter black canary, from his Contingency Plan for the Justice League
*Alarm Goes Off*
Catwoman: What is that?
Cyborg: It’s the none of your damn business alarm.
AHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA
1:43:22 "Not so super, was he?"
Then Superman distracts him and is all like "Bitch, please."
Did anyone else love it when supes tapped sinestros shoulder?
This is still one of my favorite versions of Joker, Richard Epcar does a great job and the writing is so funny, Love his charm and Charisma. 10/10 joker.
"Damn I should be Dead" Thanks Happy Pill!
The aquaman in this game is crazy, he literally defeated shazam, flash, himself and ares in some minutes, holy
1:24:40 The Injustice Universe's regime principles: Obedience, Order, Control - OOC (is it a coincidence that OOC can also stand for 'out of character', like how some of the Injustice versions of the characters feel at times? XD)
Woah.
Woah.
.haoW
Nice catch
I wonder though: is it order? or is it tyranny? Seems like someone confused those two terms. No offense meant, though.
I don’t think I’ll ever unsee the “Among Us” part of the logo
Fun movie, thanks! Audio muting due to copyright didn't negatively impact in any way. Barely even noticed it!
10/10 supercut, 7.5/10 movie.
=) Love your rating
Gamer's Little Playground just watched thanks for the video( p.s. Also thanks for skipping the fights)
I honestly didn't even notice the lack of audio in some parts. Guess that means he kicked ass at it.
It was a 10/10...
Honestly a better movie than things I've seen lately.
32:24 Seeing someone actually counter one of batman's entrances like that cracked me up for some reason
1:37:23 "It's not much, but it's honest work" - worker working during epic fight
I think I enjoy Harley as a good guy
In today’s P.C. world, a Good Gal is more appropriate.
Me too
this story was really good
Can't wait for Injustice 2, should be epic!
Gamer's Little Playground it was
On this day 10 years ago Injustice Gods Among was released. Happy 10th anniversary to the first Injustice game.
Yellow Lantern: *Constructs AA Gun*
Green Lantern: *Constructs Aircraft???*
"Superman's rebound girl" BAHA :)
Main universe Wonder Woman was so disgusted seeing her Injustice version XD
