One of the things I love about this game is how literally nobody guards the incapacitated enemies after they fight them. Just beat them and leave 'em there. I'm sure there won't be any repercussions or loose ends doing that.

In a way you could see that since Sub Zero and Raiden make a references to this games and half the time i considered this game canon to the injustice series but that's my personal opinion since neitherrealms loves to make references to past mortal kombat games
And I’m pretty sure they are considering it with both Raiden and Sub Zero in Injustice 2, them referencing it in MK11 and the Raiden vs Lui Kang fight on apocalypse is in the MK11 story mode briefly
This is technically the first MK game I ever brought back when I was a youngin on the 360. I loved this game so much literally just because I could kill the joker as batman. I got so good in this game and then playing the 3 recent mk games and being a hard-core dc guy reading and playing(soon to be watching) the Injustice series and it all leads back to this classic gem. God bless this game.

well story wise the merging of 2 realms has had a negative effect on superman thus weakening him enough for him to be at least more easily beatable. so in short superman's godly abilities are being disrupted and can't use them all and is limited on how much he can do right now.
I like this game, but for the wrong reasons. The toned down violence can look ridiculous at times, the engine limitations are very noticeable, and often serious moments turns into a soapbox opera or a parody thanks to the laughable dialogue and game limitations. And I love it! It’s so bad, it’s good to me!
Reasons why this game is hated 1. Fatalities are horrible 2. Gameplay is not like Mortal Kombat 3. DC characters don't fit Mortal Kombat universe 4. Lobo, Red Hood, Harley, Johnny were absent 5. They made Raiden rude and selfish 6. Bad designs for few characters

Really great to look back on this game for what it represented. The beginnings of the Injustice Franchise, great books and games, A tremendous showing for the One TRUE Captain Marvel, he was fun to play and he was a complete Bad Ass in Story Mode, and finally...The Joker 1:08:22 was worth the price of admission alone. I would totally go for a PS4/Next gen remaster of this game!!

One of the things I love about this game is how literally nobody guards the incapacitated enemies after they fight them. Just beat them and leave 'em there. I'm sure there won't be any repercussions or loose ends doing that.

This is technically the first MK game I ever brought back when I was a youngin on the 360. I loved this game so much literally just because I could kill the joker as batman. I got so good in this game and then playing the 3 recent mk games and being a hard-core dc guy reading and playing(soon to be watching) the Injustice series and it all leads back to this classic gem. God bless this game.

1. This game is pretty underrated, it was good, only thing that really ruined it was the strong attempt at T for Teen, resulting in the bad fatalities. 2. Did Catwoman legit make a sex joke? I don't remember that from the last time I played.
Plus, the story was pretty decent at explaining everything.

well story wise the merging of 2 realms has had a negative effect on superman thus weakening him enough for him to be at least more easily beatable. so in short superman's godly abilities are being disrupted and can't use them all and is limited on how much he can do right now.

I like this game, but for the wrong reasons. The toned down violence can look ridiculous at times, the engine limitations are very noticeable, and often serious moments turns into a soapbox opera or a parody thanks to the laughable dialogue and game limitations.
And I love it! It’s so bad, it’s good to me!

Really great to look back on this game for what it represented. The beginnings of the Injustice Franchise, great books and games, A tremendous showing for the One TRUE Captain Marvel, he was fun to play and he was a complete Bad Ass in Story Mode, and finally...The Joker 1:08:22 was worth the price of admission alone. I would totally go for a PS4/Next gen remaster of this game!!
