What can u say to a person who talks to herself when She's alone I can feel the silence however when Im not distracted by work or school or visits with family say Im home hanging curtains Here comes these voices from the past and I get engaged like Mooji says old friends show up I start smiling and I get engaged in these past thought no matter what they continue to surface in my mind. Even when I stay quiet it ought to be some remedy 😮
What if, instead you trying to be present, you become aware that you can't be present and than listen, listen completely what is happening inside you and outside of you. Try it.

Well he always says at the beginning of Satsang, you are already free if you don't belive than you have to listen and practice. That is why he is giving advices. Because people want one
