Wow, what a gorgeous place! 😻 Even in that weather, the colourful buildings really stand out. And all of the plants are so lush!! And Mel, no judgment, I also collect fridge magnets.,
Amazing place,my garden looked like that once but I dug it up and planted potatoes. We’ve visited there once,it a place you have to visit to appreciate it.I don’t know why you were there in that weather it’s sunny in Porthcawl.Great video.
Those gardens must need some upkeep. I has a surprise trip booked for Mel, we were staying in the Portmeirion Hotel. Still had a good time despite the weather. Yes, it's really nice this weekend.
Thanks for this! Love The Prisoner tv series. Looking forward to visiting here some day soon. Iron Maiden actually turned me onto this show. UP THE IRONS!!!🤘🤘🤘
I’ve never seen the series, but loved Portmeirion when I went last summer. Fortunately didn’t have a cloud in the sky that day! Loved the video Marcus/Mel.
Nice be there a number of times. The Buddha was used in the film Ingmar Bergman film 'The sixth inn of happiness' shot on location in Llanberris. Brian Epstein The Beatles manager use to rent one of the apartments occasionally.
Not being able to understand it then and now me too a charming place built with huge resources of money and time imagine that in wales you couldn’t dream it so therefore is all like a dream sums up the programmes

That was last weekend it was about 12 degrees, today it is 22 and sunny, typical. Don't encourage Mel and her magnets!
Excellent Video!!!!!! Thankyou ! Beats the snow here in Canada :)
Glad you liked it. We do get a lot of rain but we are lucky, the winters don't get that cold.
Nice village. It's very beautiful. Your videos are always enjoyable. Hope to see more soon have a great day 😀
It's a pretty place and very popular with the fans of the "Prisoner".
Fantastic tour, much like I remember, just like the weather! Thank you from Bradenton, Florida, USA!

And we bought the exact same fridge magnet!
It was our first visit and we loved it too, despite the weather.
I will have to look that movie up. Sounds interesting. Thanks.
Make sure you watch the original series with Patrick McGoohan and not the remake.
@@flydriveexplore ok thanks

Yep, I've been watching some of the episode again to see if it made more sense.
I'm not a number but a free man!
I have a question: Can anyone tell me the best way to get to the Village from Liverpool without a car?
Actually quite a radical series. He wanted to destroy the system.
Yes, I've been watching some of the old episodes since our visit.
