Yep. Came to comments to say the same. Its a different, lighter, more fun energy. The weirdness has gone. The awkward cuts/transitions. Less production can often make for a more natural feel, better flow, and more like we're simply another body in the gym talking and seeing the work. Throw in a couple of Sam's unique laughs, and you have a winning formula. I'm liking the change.

Im not a bodybuilder or fitness guy, not even a fan of bodybuilding.
But I honestly enjoy seing these videos of this down to earth good-guy be able to realize his dream.
Im disabled (severe chronicle back pain for 35 years, since 15 years old after lethal illness), but started up with yoga 7 months ago, daily for the last 3 months, and start getting slowly better with moe function and less pain. painfulachievewithout much resources too - that's keep me going!
does l-serine help repair the nerve damage and hgh sarms (mk677) repair the joints and ligaments? I have gluten ataxia from celiac disease very similar in symptoms to dyspraxia and a damaged hip from being hit by a car when I was 18. give it a try and f the doctors, most of the time they look things up on webmd anyway

I recently discovered this channel, and I know it’s not a weight loss channel. But this content has definitely giving me some more inspiration to hit the gym more on the days I want to sit around and feel sorry for myself. So for that I want to thank you. Started at 275 currently I’m at 215, and once I get down to 175 I’ll be hitting the weights hard to start to pump the guns up lol Thanks man definite inspiration 🙏

I don't know if it's just me, but there is a different mood in these videos. I feel like I'm watching the old Juji. For a while it seemed off, the videos just weren't the same. Not gonna lie I dropped off the hype train. Now I can't wait til he drops another video like the good ol days. Sam is a part of it and it just seems more natural, not artificial. Not just putting out content to put out content.
