The drummer here, Akira Jimbo, is absolutely amazing, if you want to see one of his best solos check out the one he did in 1986 in their “perfect live show” You could also check out some of the stuff he did after he left the band. Him and the bassist, Tetsou Sakurai, formed their own dou band with others named JimSaku, and oh my god 90s Akira was on a whole other level 😤

I really recommend Casiopea + T-SQUARE - Fightman (Live 2003) to you. It's just awesome :D and Dazzling by Casiopea rocks too. And T-Square has also some really nice music :)

I love how you said you wanted to play outrun watching this, usually when people hear this type of music they say something similar and its because game developers used a lot from this genre since it was the most popular type of music in japan in that time

seconded, love Dazzling, but i highly highly recommend listening to the version from their Music Party '91 TV special. There's an excellent high definition version of it and Fightman on TH-cam under the video title "Test-3 1080p HDR".
