As recently I found out that in Ayurveda they recommend the Bilona method to make Ghee rather than making ghee from stored Malai. Mai 1 kg dahi me 1 choti katori पानी leti hu..Jada nahi. Garmi me chilled पानी and sath me ice cubes bhi dal skate. And thandi me हल्का garam पानी Dale.

Sister, I tried today but a failure. I used pot set yogurt from supermarket here in Australia. However I used that yogurt straight from the fridge and put straight in the mixer and put many icecubes at different intervals. Any idea where did I go wrong?
