He first moves to the left at the beginning of the straight following the racing line. This is not a defensive move so he still has one left. He then moves to the right. This qualifies as a defensive move so from now on when he moves back to the left he always has to leave one car width between him and the left side of the track which he did. And moving under braking certainly is allowed

Altough Rosberg is a good driver, he was never consistantly on hamiltons level for the whole season...but still he deserved that title in 2016
