Yeah, the guy doesn't even have his own Wikipedia page :( I've never heard of him until now, but as soon as I heard a couple of seconds of The News' cover of The Boys Are Back in Town, I knew he was something else.
I've seen HLN 25 times, and only once did Bill do a big long solo, in San Diego, '87, Sports Arena. I really would have liked to seen more from him over the years. Glad I was there. Met him at NAMM a few years back. Still the best. So underrated, and the drummer's drummer.
