The judge only ordered my drug screens; but they give them my whole record!! Even what me and my counsler and doctor talked about!!.
Can I ask you a question if it is a type of violation of HIPPA? My friend is a nurse aide , she took a resident's picture and sent it to her staff by text message , but the resident has passed away, it is a type of HIPPA violation?
