Thank you Property Buddy and William Wong for the chance to showcase your work. Residensi Sofiya is located in the high end place, Desa Parkcity. It's under the PPA1M scheme and can only be bought by government servants.
Those who manage to buy are really lucky as this place comes equipped with beautiful landscape, tip-top amenities around, walking/jogging friendly, pet-friendly parks, and more.
Residensi Sofiya also comes equipped with gym, a badminton hall and playground. The land area is also big giving it such a spacious environment.

Yeap, can't agree more, definitely the most beautiful affordable housing that I've seen to date. Right from the start, the entrance itself is already a killer. Some regular condos even don't have such a nice grand entrance, with the sandstone retaining wall. Kudos to the developer in being able to deliver such a product.
