Beautiful! If a juniper does push juvenile foliage, how long does it typically take to revert back to the mature foliage again?

Very nice question. It depends. If the tree is not that healthy and very stressed, it will probably not make mature foliage the season and start from next. If the tree is healthy, it will start making mature foliage by the end of the summer. Though it will be at the tips. Immature foliage does not go away. It stays on the tree until you can prune it safely.
