I totally agree, I ordered this (and passed on the colossal figure) as this is more than adequate for my needs at the gaming table. I mean seriously, when is a miniature not a miniature anymore? Great review pal, always look forward to your posts here and on Instagram!!

Shout out also to 3.5's The Red Hand of Doom, which features the appearance of an Aspect of Tiamat at the adventure's conclusion. I am currently running that module, and though I own the old War of the Dragon Queen Tiamat mini, I also have the Tyranny of Dragons flying version, and picked up the newer colossal Tiamat (yes, 3.5 has the colossal size category, whereas 5th ed. tops out at gargantuan for some weird reason). Anyway, my plan is to use all three minis in succession to depict Tiamat growing in size after she comes through the portal at the end of the adventure. If I didn't already have the previous smaller versions, I would have picked this new one up for sure, but it feels a tad redundant to have *four* Tiamats at this point.... lol. Excellent review, as always.
