I’m pleasantly surprised that you built and installed those ladders for Tecopa Mines. Good Job! You’re absolutely correct about those pallet nails. Now, I know why you didn’t bother notching the rungs. Good to see some remaining relics. And a curse on the arsonist’s who torched the mine back in the 80’s! Thank you!
Guys, you can actually slide the new ladder section on the access ladder so you don't have to pick it up. That's how I helped build the bottom section of that first access ladder. Too late now but for the next time. Glad to see so many folks in the community helping out Ross.
Well you made it through and up & down the skree and the dust you all created. Someone knew ahead of time that you may need breathing assist equipment. Glad you used it. Boy! there sure was alot of collapse in this mine. LOTS of collapse at the 600 ft level. The pillars were huge at that level. You made it to the 700 ft. level.....much congrats. for all your endurance. A very interesting & huge mine. Thank you for filming your explore.
Great upload. Nice to see even a bit of the behind the scenes preparation that goes into these video. Perhaps adding a bit of history behind the mine and or letting viewers know by pointing out the ore(s) that were mined (as you've done in other uploads) would make them even better. Thanks for taking the time to share your adventures!
Good day from Missouri. Wow that cribbing! Made me realize how gullable I was not to see that the "Aztec"timbers at Blind Frog Ranch was just old cribbing. Hey I learnAdid something today. Safe Journeys
Well, keep doing those amazing things that you do to help access those fun places! Cheers. PS: Pretty cool stopes - I've only seen a couple New Mexico mines, that's an interesting one.. Near Magdalena mining district?
First time on your on your station. I watch a lot of mine videos and I can tell you that’s got to be the dustiest mine I’ve ever seen. If you guys had a lady with you half dressed your numbers be thru the roof. Ever watch “ the naked Gardner”? Good numbers nothing interesting for me. 16 to 1 is one I like, I think GOLD would have to get to and stay above $2900 to get that mine working. And in closing heck if I lived closer I would be saying “can I come? I want to go”. 72 and living in Florida.
Super interesting video! Nails would be better than screws for this anyway as in my experience screws have less sheer strenght as they are higher tensile. Ive had them snap off in situations where nails never have. Many common screws are so hard you cant hacksaw them, the saw teeth rip off with almost no scratch on the screw. Id say the best would probably be stainless steel, not to hard, but so expensive. Also, long before a screw breaks from over twisting, cracks form in the high tensile steel which you cant see. I reckon you were right to use nails on the ladders. Cheers Daniel.
As much as I hate the one my scatter brain boss bought, I'm thinking about what it would take to pack one of those telescoping extension ladders down the hole.
What do you think. It's safer going down into a oxygen filled mine than to the ocean floor? Someone would pay for your expertise and go with you for say $150,000? Then get views of them surviving it if they do. Lol
Different perspective. th-cam.com/video/7K2LF_OvPLM/w-d-xo.html

That was more than "A good mine tho", that was a fantastic one! Thanks for the entertainment as always!

Talk about memories, I was Tram Operator at a Lode Mine in my youth, I love that Rumble! We use Bosun Chairs to install Ladders and Scale Stopes too.
Awesome mine. Thanks for taking us along.
All that mine needs now is a record player, a big dance party and a couple of light saber wielding T Rex dinosaurs
I assumed it has those things
@@lostpony4885 The "Peace Dove" mine had them a number of years in a row 🙂
You all have nerves of steel. That ladder is built better than any Harbor Freight ladder.
That is a wow mine!!!!! A great video!!!!! Keep up the good work and have a great day!!!!! Stay safe!!!!! 🙂🙂🙃🙃🙂🙂
Glad to see you put out a new video, i cringe everytime i see somepne needlessly kick up dust, some people just dont get it.
Screws in ladders can break since they're more brittle when they flex, have had it happen more than once.

Near Magdalena mining district?
Greetings from Cape Town. Looks rather claustrophobic down there!
🌵🌵💀💀👍👍🌵🌵 Amazing Mine... fkn humongous 😮😮
Thanks Thats a huge mine. I wonder what they mined out of there?
What a massive mine...
The boss does alright with that leg
All that old lumbers gotta be worth a fortune
I'm not much of a geologist -- what's the dusty/sandy/crunchy material?
Well done guys, enjoyed the ride..
Nails actually have more sheer strength than screws.
Good day nice construction of those wooden ladders Shango66
What do you do about the possible toxic fumes.? We used to spelunk but never went into mines. Really interesting footage.
That's why it's prudent to take in a combo meter that samples the air for O2, H2S, CO
@@teotwaki thank you.
A Great video with Tons of Ghost Sightings ! This video Will make youcrap your pants !

views and subscriptions are money in your pocket, thousands of dollars in some cases. Thanks for video, interesting.
Oooooo nice train ride
Way cool. Thanks.

I'm guessing you have Carbon dioxide detectors on for your trip into the mine?
Is that so he can monitor his carbon emission's ?
This is I would never do.i have claustrophobia. Stay safe guys
ASS Dozer, EZ Muck, good on you Boss
I think dude has a major crush on wonderhussy...😂
The old wonder hussy maybe the new wonderhussy no fucking way🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Sasquatch has less hair
Haha, the intro
Some parts of the mine are wheel chair accessible. Just need different wheels on my mobility scooter.
I think hardpan is more structural than that stuff!
You can't beat ring shank nails. They do not come out without a fight. You would destroy the ladder before you could get the nails back out.
But Does Shango like big girls? I've always wondered.
Shango wants to pull a party train with all the glitter ponys
sweeet
Cutting miters for the rungs would reduce weight and increase strength. Yet you didn't do that.
Hope you find what your looking for that's dangerous stuff.
Hey how's it going? The past few videos I've seen I haven't seen your junior explorer, does he no longer go with you all on trips?
Is that You Shango66?
Instead of a candy wrapper or a my little pony you are now leaving new ladders.
Did you two meet via WH?
I smell a rat! :-D
What’s the point?
why mess with someone else's card???😮
Trans woman gives birth 😅
