Not sure why that ACPD would have a Federal LED SLR light bar on it despite the fact that that particular light bar didn’t come commercially available until about 2012 or so . Historically , probably a federal street hawk or the original vision light bar would have been more accurate . All I know is that when I did the specs for my departmental vehicles we had one of our traffic units outfitted with the SLR with a custom flash pattern and the damn thing cost over two grand ! Not sure what this collector paid for his unless he’s got a hook up over at federal signal ? That light bar probably cost more than that jeep
Gotta love the classics
Nice video. Does the camera just not pick up on the strobe flashes?
Yeah the camera doesn’t pick up the strobe flashes. In person it looks much better. Something about the refresh rate of the camera.
One of the first strobe light bars available nice car very historically accurate
I remember the problem w strobe lights was they would get sun washed if was too sunny couldn't see them
2:11 the Atlantic City police car was nice!!! What year was it and is that really what they looked like for k-9 no acpd patch on the door?
Is there a club for old school cop cars similar to SPAMFAA for antique fire apparatus?

Same for the seventh gen Fury with the LEDs. I think some of these guys just want to put new blinky lights on stuff and drive around with them on...
U know those cars could be used to day.
Dang, old police history right here. Too bad there's no Crown Victoria...
Yep a Ltd one would be nice
That Jeep is super lame and has no business being next to those other classic cars.
