I was very sceptical but I have just fitted these injectors to my ‘95 1100RT using adapters from BMW Motor Works here in the UK. I sourced the injectors separately and as such aren’t a “matched pair” but the bike is genuinely smoother throughout the rev range and didn’t require any additional throttle balancing. For the money I would highly recommend it 👍
I installed this upgrade several days ago on my 1994 R1100RS which has 24,000 miles on it.. The whole job was simple and took less than 30 minutes. My idle is definitely smoother and the throttle response is improved. I think this upgrade is well worth the price ($170 including shipping).
I like this injector too ! Puted in my 1150 GS 2002 and the motorcycle had changed for better in acelleration and its running much smooter than old injector! Its a very good mod for this bike!
Yea, there is no more surging of the engine and it runs smoother. The claim for fuel saving I do find hard to conclude on, since in the Netherlands fuel has 5% or 10% ethanol and that makes a difference in fuel economy as well...
@@M0Tourist yes, I feel the fuel saving increase a little bit too but here in Brazil there is 28% of ethanol in what they use to call Gasoline but the engine got smoother and increased too much riding pleasure! My GS is 2002 and only 24.000 km yet!

@@M0Tourist Bike is not made for fuel saving but adventure riding. If it can go smoother even better. 😊 Btw havent gone all of your videos yet, but what are the fittings on fuel lines you have from gas tank next to injectors? Filter, valve?
