I know this is an older video but I was trying to think of a better way to salt corn on the cob. I remember getting corn on the cob at a top fuel drag race years ago, they would hand it to you on a wooden skewer with melted butter already on it. I'm not sure how they buttered them there, maybe I just forget, but I imagine that they probably just dipped them in melted butter in some kind of a tall container. I just saw a similar way to butter corn by Googling and someone's grandmother handed this down to her granddaughter, she had been in the catering business years ago, but it says to use a tall half gallon jar with 5 hot cups(I think) of water in it and 1 pound of melted butter. (This would be more feasible for like a party or large cookout etc etc). The butter separates from the water and floats on top and when you dip the corn on the cob down in it butters it on the way out. I haven't tried it yet but I'm going to soon. Anyway, I got to thinking about a better way to salt corn on the cob rather than sprinkling it all over the counter or whatever and I thought about something like an air popper except without the heating. something that will blow salt in a random way and then you could slip a corn on the cob in it on a wooden skewer and maybe swirl it around a bit, pull the corn out and walla, salted corn. I'm not sure if an air popper could be used for this but maybe come up with my own contraption using a similar concept, I'm going to think on it.... 👍

Thanks for the comment, and that is exactly the problem. I was concerned there weren't going to be safety features installed at all because there are plenty of goods out there without them. At least I am slightly less worried about it caching fire in use
