My progression in strength and movement has been par with my desired results. The friends and family I have gained in the past year has far exceeded any expectations I could have dreamed up. "Transposing Motility" is a visual document of personal movement. The journey is the destination, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else then the path I am currently on.

That last precision was INSANE. I'd never attempt something like that unless my life depended on it, but huge kudos for you for having the will (and the stones) to literally take the leap. Great skill and flow all around!

I think this form of "free running" should displace skate boarding... and, be a pre-requisite for law enforcement candidates... this is exactly how I run through my woods (';') not! F A N T A S T I C keep it up, you're one of the BEST I've seen doing this.

It has been winter for me.. but its about spring and all of your videos have motivated me to to start doing parkour again in the spring :D

One of the best edit of parkour video I've ever seen. + quality of freerun/parkour, nice camera, very good type of music (if would not evening now I would elevate my speakers :-( ) and finally and the best was supertrick on 1:39 ;D

hmm I haven't done any parkour for a year...so I'm planning to start again and I still know one thing from when i was doing it:
Seeing possibilities of moving faster and seeing things slightly different from others ( I love it)

@JordanPKBC Nahh its pretty big! Its My angle that cuts it down by a bit...
From what have seen Jessie is fluent in both PK and Freerunning, though to me it seems FR is more his preferred 'style'. Mostimes when training straight PK, repetitively climbing walls and quickly switching direction is greatly beneficial, so a great deal if that isn't entirely cosmetic. ^^
I believe there are some utubers who focus specifically and exclusively on PK, there are also some pretty sick AC videos, notably one by devinsupertramp. I'm focusing on PK so I just weed out the FR on these

There's a fine line between parkour and freerunning, and from what i've seen you tend to call yourself a parkour person.
I myself can neither of these remakable crafts, so perhaps i shouldn't judge, but this (and some other videos made by you) is just a bunch of (cool, but never the less) clips of you doing different moves that reflects freerunning more then anything (perhaps that's why you joined Tempest Freerunning Academy).
The mentality of parkour is something other then cool moves on bars

Savage stuff man, although personally i'm not a big spin out of moves person you seem to be really comfortable with it. Got some nice size stuff and good skills but might be worth investing some time on the repetition and cleaning up some technique stuff like the tricks and climb-ups... Keep it up man, stay positive as Epic would say ^^

Thats really nice. Im starting parkour now, and im a bit curious.. Ive been vegetarian for a while and wanted to know if this diet is compatible with parkour activitie. Do u know any vegetarian that also practices this beatiful art?
Radical!!!! hey you know how theres phantom bikers running from the cops? you should make a video of Phantom Ninja Parkour! have a real detective (not for real) chase you to see if he could even keep up? especially the way you jumped those stairs and ran up the wall! he'd still be trying to get down the stairs and you'd be gone!
