I thought your “wins” said “wine” and thought you’d be trying new ones and writing in them in the box. Just when I was thinking what a brilliant idea that was you read it out 😂
Great setup! Also, can I just say that your transitions from “voiceover Jess” to “real-time Jess” are FLAWLESS! 😂 It’s clear that you work VERY hard to provide great quality videos.
I've always noticed I like to have edged-in, strictly laid out spreads in the cold months and open, freeform spreads when it's warm. I never realized that before!
I LOVE 💜 that you're making more space for the decorative elements when it was your least favourite/most intimidating part of the B5! It's great watching you gain more confidence and just going for it!
I am learning to have fun with washi and stickers. Taking risk with decor and turning out unique collages which is helping me hold interest in my planner. That collage look I am using is thanks to you! I love your decor. I am just trying to figure out my nonprofit work output layout. It's half small business thrift which supports the other half, which is the outreach mission. But your videos and downloads have been very helpful!
I love watching your ruler hop as you count the boxes before you go to mark the horizonal work outputs calendar lines. The sped up speed helped with this effect, sure, but it made it cute.
Oooooooo I love this theme! It gives me light academia vibes. Like curly up in a library with a cup of tea or coffee and there’s a warm fire and the sun is rising making everything all pink and stuff Pink’s one of my favourite colors so I love it see it😂
oh no, bad computer!!! loving the cozy vibes, it definitely screams autumn. are you going to vlog parts of Vogel's birthday? I'd love to see how it goes, and the shenanigans that are undoubtedly going to happen 😂
I love watching the Ruler "hop, skip, jump" ^_^' Also, when it comes to captions on Instagram, it helps to have a Template, in whatever writing system you use (or even in a journal). My preferences in what I like to see for an Instagram caption is a small description of what is in the photo (I dunno why but even with a picture, reading still helps my brain), a point out of like, "Hey, I posted a TH-cam video for this!" even if it's days later, and some sort of question to pull my brain into looking at the photo a little more closely instead of just scrolling quickly. I think with Journaling stuff, questions like "would you need more or less space for this idea?" would be something I'd think about and measure around. (But this is totally just me and my brain, not sure how others may think.) And as always, love chilling with you. Shame on the technology for taking away our Jess time Dx
This theme might be one of my favorites that you have made! I don't like brown as much but adding a bit of peach actually makes the spread more cohesive. Very nice!
Love this! Also, your cyclic system really helped me out with better organizing my budget since I get paid every other week and it was difficult to reconcile that with each calendar month! Also, LOVE Taskmaster!!! That's a very awesome party theme!
I thought the Wins section was Wine 🍷 😅 And since this is the first time watching one of your videos, I thought to myself that you are probably a sommelier or a wine enthusiast. Started laughing when you read it out loud and I realized my mistake 😅 Anyway, great video, will watch more of your content as I really enjoyed this one 😊
Hey Jess! i hope this message finds you in good health. I took your advice and bought the a5 journal. I was so impressed with it that i decided to purchase another one. Now that i believe i know what im truly wanting to do with the notebook, im going to step out on a limb and purchase a journal from notebook therapy. if you have a code for them, i'd like to use it. Also, thanks for the video on the grid spacing guide. that really helped a lot. Thanks!!!!
Hi Jashii! I am new to bullet journaling and have really enjoyed your content! I am a busy high school English teacher with long lists of to-dos, a desire to journal more, and goals I would like to track weekly and/or monthly. As I do a few personal tasks at my desk after school and during lunch I like everything in one place so I only need to pack one journal in my school bag. However, I like a weekly spread and running to-do list so I can see a chunk of time in one place and don’t have to copy down tasks repeatedly. Do you have any suggestions for organizing with these goals in mind? Would a larger journal make this easier? I currently am in an A5.
Oof. It took me a moment to realize you're calling it monthly log again, rather than cyclic. I see you're embracing the doing-away of the cover page. You didn't even write what weeks, or that it's June, this time. 🧐 Teasing aside, the look and cohesion of this set up is chef's kiss. 😙💜
It’s one of those “a rose by any other name” deals 😝 a lot of the time I just use the terms cyclic overview and monthly log interchangeably ‘cause they’re serving the same function just different time frame 😂
Bad bad computer 😅, also great idea to use paper bags. Totally unrelated but you speak really fast and as a non native English speaker I feel proud of myself for understanding everything lol.
I almost hate to say this, but sometimes it is easier to edit something that is bad instead of writing something from scratch. So maybe to break the ice and get the words to edit yoy could ask an AI tool to get you past the blank page issue?
Heck yeah to the weekly set ups because your computer has robbed us of precious "watching Jess bullet journal" minutes
Haha good point! 👏
I thought your “wins” said “wine” and thought you’d be trying new ones and writing in them in the box. Just when I was thinking what a brilliant idea that was you read it out 😂
Haha 😂 seems you’re not the only one with that thought 😝💜
So did I
Literally had to go back into my journal to check that I didn't accidentally write it like that 😂
Great setup! Also, can I just say that your transitions from “voiceover Jess” to “real-time Jess” are FLAWLESS! 😂 It’s clear that you work VERY hard to provide great quality videos.

I think that changing up the decorative style has really helped for that, yeah 😄💜
I'm sorry about the lost footage! I love how this turned out though and the stickers and washi tape fit really well, it is cosy!

I’ve followed you for many years and love to see your channel growing. You deserve so much for your hard work.
Aww thank-you! 💜 you’re a gem 🥰

Pink’s one of my favourite colors so I love it see it😂
I hope you'll give us an update at some point on how you are finding the cyclic system. Maybe around the mid-year point.
oh no, bad computer!!! loving the cozy vibes, it definitely screams autumn. are you going to vlog parts of Vogel's birthday? I'd love to see how it goes, and the shenanigans that are undoubtedly going to happen 😂
Excellent collaging, Jess! I'm learning to collage, and it's not that easy!

Yes for weekly set ups! I have daily appointments and a weekly list for my tasks - I’d love to see your weekly ideas
This theme might be one of my favorites that you have made! I don't like brown as much but adding a bit of peach actually makes the spread more cohesive. Very nice!
I like coloring in my monthly log! Kinda of a what day is it tracker.
Love this! Also, your cyclic system really helped me out with better organizing my budget since I get paid every other week and it was difficult to reconcile that with each calendar month! Also, LOVE Taskmaster!!! That's a very awesome party theme!
Glad cyclic planning has been helpful to you! 😄💜 the pay every other week was one of my main reasons too!
Love it! Very pretty with the mustard yellow and pinks.
I love your idea of printing on a paper bag!
Makes for easy decorative headers 😄💜
Love the pop of pink. Those coffee stamps are adorable too!
i love how cozy this theme feels! & i’ve adopted a similar work outputs layout & i love how it is working for me the past few months🤞🏼

Glad you enjoyed the video 😄💜 seems a few people read it as wine 😂 need to work on my lettering 😝
So excited that you're coming to Melbourne! That's where I am
Nice! Just got back from my trip last week 😄
I'm so sorry to hear about your technical difficulties. On your layout: kudos for conveying coziness. Mission: Accomplished!
Thanks! 😄💜
Love, love, love the theme! ❤
So creative and inspiring!
Adore the decor! Spot on!
Thanks! 😄 Glad you liked it 💜

An adhesive pen!? 😮🤯 I learnt something new today 😅🙈 Late, but great video as always JC 😀😘🤍
Glad you enjoyed it and that I could introduce you to the glue pen 😝💜

What size notebook do you use for you bullet journal? Love the videos!
This one is an 8x8 notebook from Archer & Olive 😄💜 Glad you enjoy the videos!
Love this! I want one of everything you used so I can copycat! 😂
Bad bad computer 😅, also great idea to use paper bags. Totally unrelated but you speak really fast and as a non native English speaker I feel proud of myself for understanding everything lol.
Glad it’s still understandable for you 💜 I do have a tendency to talk fast, yeah 😊
Danke 🙏💖
Most welcome! 💜
I kept readins wine instead of wins and I had so many questions..🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It's ok! Technical difficulties happen. We won't hold it against you ... for long! :D
😂 thank-youuuu 💜
I read your reflections page wins as wine and thought you were doing some wine tasting in june 😂
