I was only 200 pounds, and I got told im prediabetic. So I've cut sugar out , watching carbs, and exercising every day. It has been 2 weeks and down to 195 pounds, so I'm eating by watching them haha

Just finished watching people that were on 600lb life who died, it's so sad how obesity can snatch your life away. Heart problems, type 2 diabetes and so much more. It's so awful what eating the wrong food and the amount of those foods can destroy you long terms if you don't do anything about it. And I usually don't comment on your videos much because it's your life and the consequences you make lives with you and whether you choose to take the advice from others lies entirely on your shoulders, just the death from watching people die from what they've done to themselves triggered me and it's still fresh on my mind. Live to eat or eat to live. Choose properly before it's too late candy.

I’m fit and I have to work so hard to stay fit. I had a Popeyes chicken thigh and a bite of biscuit on Sunday and had to fast for 25 hours and did 90 minutes of HIIT to burn those calories off. It’s because I enjoy being fit. My point is, as a fit person, I’m not even guaranteed to live for 100 years. She’s already in her late 40s, might as well be happy and die by 55. That’s not too bad. She will be very miserable if she tries to lose weight. Not everyone can lose weight

I’ve always wondered if you have struggled waking up with acid reflux, I know that sounds bad but I used to eat dominos before bed a lot and I’d wake up with acidic congestion in my chest and lungs and throat and I couldn’t breathe. My doctor said it was called G.E.R.D. Especially with you having breathing trouble already I can’t imagine how you’d feel having that happen because when it happens to me I can’t breathe because it hurts too bad. That issue is actually what motivated me to start eating healthier. Stay safe I hope you feel better, it’s an awful feeling!

Losing weight and keeping it off really isn't hard to do when you stop eating meat & stay busy especially when working in a highly paced or labored job. Niko knows that, he used to be vegan.
