Sometime you can miss some of the healthy ways of eating. Some of the healthy foods can be quite tasty. His system could crave some of that balance. He did live the healthy lifestyle and one time.

I'm hoping that its scaring him by being around Candy so much and seeing how she can't even leave her house now due to her size. He actually looked kind of shocked and nervous after they measured themselves a few videos ago. But I might be giving him too much credit.

Aside from Nik not liking most of the food (not greasy/salty enough), his obvious body discomforts, lack of thrill, and waking up not feeling good - I would not be surprised if it's due to his Heart Attack Grill binge. His body is giving him signs that his health is not well.

He is doing it to himself. He knows what he's doing, he's responsible for his actions.
The pain that Nick is feeling in his legs is most likely telling him that he has PAD Peripheral Artery Disease. That’s usually the first sign of coronary artery disease so he’s not getting the blood flow that he needs because his arteries are filled with plaque and cholesterol. And if he doesn’t get this reversed through surgery he’ll eventually be facing amputations if he doesn’t have a stroke before then or a heart attack. Is this any surprise? He went from being 150 pound vegan and although he was too skinny and not eating a banaced vegan diet he sure looked 1000 times healthier than he looks now. Fast food and money aren’t worth feeling like Nick does at 29 years old. He’s likely diabetic with hypertension and high cholesterol but he won’t get lab work done as he says he just tells himself he’s fine. The best thing I’d tell him to do is take money out of the bank and pay for gastric sleeve surgery and then change his diet to a healthy one and invest his money.
