I have a reservation for tomorrow. After years of watching Anden Films' videos, this will be my first time visiting one of the featured restaurants. 200% excited
I had dinner there once with my ex boyfriend. We had a very tall shelf with hot and cold seafood and the cold seafood was served in these beautiful shells. I told him that I liked the shells, and he surprisingly asked the waiter if I could have the shell that I liked and she said yes. I was just thinking about it, but sadly, I don't have the shell anymore. Next time I am going to bring myself to this restaurant and have the dishes I saw in this video!
It's not that hard when you do it In c cooking order" cooking is all timing. Cook first what takes longest and start the rest accordingly so it all times out. Easy really. Did it for years
@@ryancoleman1 and the idea that the dishes they were serving were really just several items stacked onto one plate instead of unique elements that work together to form a single coherent dish (like the high end restaurants he went to in Denmark) likely takes away a lot of the effort that goes into it.
Like your videos, this restaurant however is not that good, some fish looked undercooked (think it was the salmon), that tail wasn't even touching the surface to be cooked properly 1:13
And there we have exactly why Amsterdam is such a civilized place: White men and Black men working together in the service of great food for their customers. What's the big problem? Why can't we have this everywhere?
If you like fish, seafood, if you’re hungry, if you can smell the lovely food from the screen, if you like to eat like a king, don’t, seriously don’t watch this. Amsterdam here I come 🥰

Yet a better love story than twilight 🤔
Not sure if it’s true or a day dream yet intriguing indeed
Btw, I was with my ex there too in 2016 lol we left nothing but empty shells 🐚 yeah empty shell now too lol
Sjo end of the story no shell and no love ? 😭😭
11:16 "He's gotten enough footage now, right?" lmao
cooking that much fish at once, that chef knows what he is doing

@@overl0ad_x762 yea the way it's cooked and served, everything probably tastes exactly the same.
Kitchen layout is similar to central galley on long boat. Other than batch cooking, seafood orders require fast prep to keep it fresh.
I ate at this restaurant on my birthday! So nice to see the kitchen. Would def go again. 😋
Thank you for showing this restaurant.
That looks ridiculously good.
Agora deu vontade de provar essa culinária. Forte abraço a todos. Palmas Tocantins Brasil. 🇧🇷🇧🇷
"Time to cook some fish."
"What do you mean SOME? We are going to cook ALL!"
11:40 uh oh~ someone broke the glass!
Great; like always. The grill guy like a grill athlete.
使い込んでいる鉄板は最強ですね‼️しかもこのオーダーの量を2人で捌いているのには驚きです‼️キッチンも効率的に出来てます‼️
My sympathies for the prep cooks.
Love the shattering glasses at the end
鉄板にこびりついた旨味を削ぎ落としちゃうのもったいない!
They have refrigerated drawers...Have you ever been to Nepal or Tibet?
Love the portions!
Espetácular extraordinário
Parabéns

And the addition? how much was it?

Looks great.
Man that looks so good. A big ol honkin plate of seafood.
5:55 damn for how many people?
I’d say that’s for 2. Usually every person gets one piece each.
Epic helpings.
Lovely👌
true line cook in its craft
misschien een keer langs gaan hier
Nice 🙂🙂
That used to be a Japanese all you can eat, years ago. i remember that place..
That's a LOT of food per plate!
Ну вот, совсем другое дело! Огромные тарелки с едой, а то в Дании совсем печально было, с гулькин нос порции
Charming Chef
Wow 웬지 좋다
mmm......
There’s like no presentation or care when putting it into the plate. Also it’s like a big oiley mess so greasy
Like, really. Like it's crazy, like you know
I would not eat that if you paid me
Where's the fried shrimp in marijuana??? 🪴
c'est extrêmement génial
Plain good old cooking , not touching the food excessively or putting flowers and pretentious stuff on food .
And there we have exactly why Amsterdam is such a civilized place: White men and Black men working together in the service of great food for their customers. What's the big problem? Why can't we have this everywhere?
Man u r lame
What is the big deal about white men and black men working together? And also, please explain to me what the "problem" is...

First comment bro
This is no where near as pleasant as watching the Japanese videos.
AND how difficult is to get to Japan or anywhere else these days?!?!
Slap-dash food. Hohum boring.
The presentation sucks!
They can't spend their time for presentation. There's only TWO cooks in that kitchen
