Dont you think the the cap on international students would affect the Peterborough market. Fleming is a major house of international students and with the cap the investors would want to deleverage from Peterborough and move to the west of GTA. Let me know what are your thoughts.
Most of the students rent so I don’t think it’s really going to make a big difference. We have a shortage as it is for student rentals so by putting a cap on it I personally don’t see it making a massive impact.
