Excellent idea! ❤ Keystone RV’s have no apparent QC process, and the ability to fix minor issues yourself, loose trim, drawer guides misaligned, stoves put in crooked, wallpaper and flooring with bubbles, window shades that don’t go back up, etc., there’s a long list of stuff mine needed. Each round of repairs meant months waiting on my local dealership. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY ENDORSE THIS! 👍🏾🥰😎👍🏽
Good Evening, we are so sorry to hear about what issues you have had with your unit so far. The DIY program is great to do any small repairs on your own that you do wish to. We would recommend downloading the "MyKeystone" app on the App Store as it will have the DIY section in there for you! Thank you.
We would love to do our own repair ourselves if Keystone would give us the pad that fell off after our recall work regarding the pad that falls off. It was supposedly fixed.Keystone knows they have a problem with this but refuses to do whats right for their customers who paid a very high price for the RVs that they purchased. Come on Keystone you can do better!
Good Evening, we would be more than willing to look into this further with you to see how we may be of assistance. Please do contact our retail customer service team at 866-425-4369 when you are able to! Thank you!
I recently had a frustrating experience with Keystone parts and have a suggestion. I know the primary intent of Keystone is to crank out RV's as fast as you can. This is clearly evident by the lack of quality control and attention to detail that some of the other brands provide. That being said, at some point in the RVs life you are going to need to replace items. How about a "build sheet" that lists all of the parts and components by part number and description? This way an owner doesn't have to go through 4 "refrigerator panels" before he/she finally gets that correct one. This would make it so much easier to obtain the correct part the first time. Thanx for listening Frustrated but reasonably happy Keystone, Alpine owner

Thank you for your feedback. We will ensure this is passed along to be looked into.
can you make a video on how to replace the light above the door on the outside? I have a 2022 Fuzion 428 and the exterior light has burned out.
Why do I not see any 2024 2700RLi have a 2023 with the huck bolt system but don’t see any newer models what’s up with that?
