    We will be doing this in Los Cabos very very soon...love the leash idea instead of rope. That is just a big bowl of awesome sauce.

    Big fun! Hmmm, I wonder if I could attach my LeFeet seascooter to a foil? I think they originally designed them to attach to a SUP as an option. Got to look into it.

    Thanks for the video!
    How long can you get out of the efoil in a tow-in session? And would this be a decent jet ski alternative?

    Hi, can you share an amazon link to the leash you're using? Do I need to buy a separate handle?

      It was a home built. Here is another video with something that shows more. th-cam.com/video/ljj0YkaPlMo/w-d-xo.html

    Hello Damien , How did you attached the two leaches together ?

    • @DamienLeroyYouTube
      @DamienLeroyYouTube  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      There are separate on the efoil mast, but at the end where you grab was Velcro, so just put them together! I hope that helps.

    Hi Damien. Thanks for the tips. A friend of mine and I have been trying unsuccessfully with a kite foil board in tow. Can I ask you what size / volume board you're using as the tow board?

    • @DamienLeroyYouTube
      @DamienLeroyYouTube  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sure volume is your friend for sure on the board in the back! I use the LIFT 4'6 32L and the 4'0 28L. Very little volume but very hard as well.... I would recommend a lot more when you are learning till you get efficient... Maybe 45L will help a ton in the back. Start laying down get your speed up then pop up.... Water start is a lot of torque on the motor..... Hope that helps.....

    Can you foil on shallow water or on the pool first that is 5 feet but huge?

    • @DamienLeroyYouTube
      @DamienLeroyYouTube  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      5 feet in depth should be fine yep......bottom of board to bottom of the wings is 30 inches.... on a 28' mast....

    Hey Damien - how long are the leashes? - thanks for sharing.

    • @DamienLeroyYouTube
      @DamienLeroyYouTube  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Just using two 8 feet leashes. You could use 10' as well, longer will not hurt anything...

  • @chews4life
    @chews4life 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Are you using a 32" mast of 28"? Thanks

    • @DamienLeroyYouTube
      @DamienLeroyYouTube  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This was the 28' but the 32' makes it even easier....

  • @jeremychanys

    Is it possible to use a Wake surf tow rope?

    • @DamienLeroyYouTube
      @DamienLeroyYouTube  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I am sure it is but you have to find a way to attach it to the mast. A leash works really well....

    • @jeremychanys
      @jeremychanys 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@DamienLeroyTH-cam if I use a surf leash , what cord diameter would you recommend? Do you use the ankle strap to secure it to the mast and the other end to a handle. What’s the ideal length for safety ?

    • @DamienLeroyYouTube
      @DamienLeroyYouTube  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jeremychanys Exactly I use the ankle part that attaches to the mast! I actually would recommend two as they can break. So two can give a little stretch and stonger as its not as much leverage on one. 8 feet is a great length.
