Then I pushed it 25 N Force and my friend pushes it opposite -25N force Net force on the block is 0 then net pressure on the body is absolutely 0 pa But here is 50 pa how ???? Another example Let a inner point in a liquid the upward pressure + downward pressure +side pressure is 4hdg but net pressure is 0. As net force on the point is 0 so net pressure is 0 but if pressure is scale then it should be 4 hdg why it is not happens? My last example is related to biology In a kidney structure of a human body here is many nephrons. When ultra filtration process is happened in a nephron the net pressure is (effective filtration pressure) (Glomerular pressure - protein pressure - pressure of bowman's capsule ) It is subtraction of pressure direction wise not scalar addition . No direction.💁 Pressure on block forces are in opposite directions so..Fnet=0 and P= F/A= 0 But still that object experience pressure(50pa) Consider yourself inside water ... though net force may be zero...but Inside water you'll feel pressure.

Let me help you with the second question... When the study of electricity was going on, electrons were not discovered, and hence, it was considered that positive charges flow and cause the current to generate When electrons came to discovery, it was observed that electrons were the ones that traveled to generate current The theory of current and its properties were already laid out by that time, so the whole theory had to be changed because electrons were the ones that traveled and not the protons. This would take a lot of time, so it is by convention said that protons are the ones that travel (even if the electrons travel) Hope this helps
Convention means traditional way of doing things, Like everyone else explained. Conventional current is the current which was discovered long back and was not discarded due to the books. Electrical current is the actual current which flows.

Dear sir, I am ojaswi arya of standard 10th from muzaffarpur, bihar. The question has been stuck in my mind for such a long time 1. If resonant frequency and natural frequency are different then the amplitude of object is decreased and when they are equal, the energy is increased. But i studied somewhere that when resonant frequency of a light wave and natural frequency of object are different then the atom re-emit the photon of same frequency. That is the point i did not understand. And also the incoming light is just a combination of electric and magnetic field then how object will determine the specific portion of the light wave that is equal to its natural frequency. Sir, i want to learn more about the wave nature of light and quantum mechanics but sometimes it confuses more than understanding. Hope you will upload a video on this query. Thank you sir.

They do so because light has different speeds in different mediums. When a light ray, suppose length "L" starts entering a medium and only half of its length has entered at some point. The part which is inside the medium will have different speed than the part which is outside the medium. This causes light to bend. You can understand this by taking the example of a trolley, shopping mall wali trolley. When you take it from a concrete road to a grass road the front two tires will hit the grass patch before the tires in the back and hence both the tires of the same trolley will have different speed which will cause the back tires to exert more force and the trolley will bend. Hope it helps

So why are we still carrying this wrong theory? Conventional current is also written in NCERT... I got confused by this.

Of class 11th in it ,it says that E.M waves do not have mass but when we see in gravitation chapter black hole can even bend or attract the em waves then how it do so if it doesnt have any mass and the force that the black hole is applying is the gravitational force which acts on objects with masss

Hello sir , i have a question that , why the ray of light bends when traveling from rare to denser medium or visa versa (I AM VERY CONFUSED 😕 )
They do so because light has different speeds in different mediums. When a light ray, suppose length "L" starts entering a medium and only half of its length has entered at some point. The part which is inside the medium will have different speed than the part which is outside the medium. This causes light to bend. You can understand this by taking the example of a trolley, shopping mall wali trolley. When you take it from a concrete road to a grass road the front two tires will hit the grass patch before the tires in the back and hence both the tires of the same trolley will have different speed which will cause the back tires to exert more force and the trolley will bend. Hope it helps

@@rex_08 light is not a daily life object first of all , and light slows down because of the electromagnetic waves produced by electrons and the combined wave has its peaks shifted backwards , and you are telling me that because the light slows down it bends!! But how ? Let's take an example (I know light is not daily life object) if you are traveling at a speed of 100km/h and there is a obstacle so you will just slow down after hitting it , you will not change your position ****
