They should make everyone do interviews or no one. It really isn’t fair that some do, because there’s an alumni in their area and it’s recommended, etc while others luck out. Most get nervous for interviews. And up to an hr? So not fair. The interview favors extroverts too and disadvantages introverts.
I think not opting in for an interview (even if you are an anxious person) is so bad. If you can't talk to a stranger alumnus, how can you survive in college?

oliver I read the other day that it's normal for the scores to be delayed a few days or even a week. I also did mine sat on Oct 6 and I was supposed to get my scores on the 19 I got them today 23 so don't worry it should be fine
for most unis you have to take both. the sat 1 is required by almost every US uni, so taking sat 2 doesn’t compensate for it. repeat sat 1 and if your unis “recommend” sat 2 that means you should do the subject tests too
Your comments regarding not doing an interview based on English being a second language or “having an ACCENT” is not only totally off base and incorrect but tremendously insulting and racist. Accents regardless of origin adds color and personality to a candidate amd shows resilience in his/her ability to persevere despite a lack of confidence English skills.
