I’m obsessed with her skin!! She’s so pretty. Also, as a person that’s is adamant about eye contact I love that she turned around to talk to her hairstylist rather than look herself like most people do in the mirror cause come on, we all do that. Lol
“adamant about eye contact” People with Autism, Social Anxiety or PTSD or even ADHD etc… either can’t or really struggle with making eye contact. We aren’t being rude or disrespectful, maybe keep this in mind for next time you’re looking someone in the eye and they are looking anywhere but.

Her platinum grow out/balayage look in the beginning was gorgeous and her braids look gorgeous too! She is beautiful.

I’ve gotten box braids and didn’t leave until the shop was about to close and the street lights were on…
The stylist takes breaks to eat sit rest their hands hydrate . If there is someone else who can step in for a round they do . If not they return after the break … I prefer no one else do it but my stylist so I pack my laptop for the day

I remember in the '80s when I was a teenager late '80s early '90s sitting 15, 18 hours for braids a lot more thinner. It's fun and the wait time is very long but the results be beautiful for a moment.

So beautiful 😍 . I want these but let’s see if we can cut that time in 1/2. I also love how the stylist added products to the clients hair. I hate being told by branders that I shouldn’t add anything to my hair before braids.
To cut the time in half, you will need multiple braiders working at the same time

TWELVE HOURS?!?!?! My goodness!! I do NOT miss getting my hair braided 🥴 but then I do! These braids are super cute! I’m not fond of the human hair cuz it creeps me out but other than that 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 I wish I could find someone to do my hair like this!
😂The Struggle… I usually do larger braids, because I don’t want to spend that much time braiding my hair, and sometimes when I do them this small I end up not finishing the middle and just wearing the outer braids in a bun. 😬 Also, there’s so much “human hair” in the market that is less expensive and just mimics human hair- it doesn’t actually come off another person’s head.

The braids stylish common here in 🇰🇪 🇰🇪. Braiding takes less than 3 hours as multiple braids work at a time. I am insanely in 🥰 with her natural hair before!!!

How do you get these out?
My sisters and I always wanted to do with with our hair. Had no idea you can add more hair!
My little sister had enough hair growing up for over 2 people, so one night we got the idea to put in ALOT of braids. Not this small though.
You could tell we where getting tired because the braids got bigger and bigger as we went along. There were 2 of us braiding.
Never did that again lol!

does this style of braids tangle easily? I feel like the free flowing hair within those strands of braids can get tangled and be hard to maintain
Yes they do ,but you can keep them looking fresh longer by sleeping with a satin scarf and using a good gel on the feed ins
My concern is where can we recycle these kanekalon fibers when they are done? I believe in reusing hair/ synthetic wigs until their expiration date by reusing the hair. If anyone has any resources please let me know!

All I know is R29 def footed this bill. These braids are NOT cheap!
Hairstylists have to learn the assembly like style of doing things. Do all the sectioning, then all the pre twists, then install all the braids. This will cut the time down a lot.
