@@aiyanarowe2756I keep seeing nail glue but have also seen people tie a slip not around the end with a slip of hair at the end. You can use a crochet needle to loop it through the knot.
I was so worried to do this style with synthetic hair because of the weight but watching how you did it, I am for sure doing this style with just human hair! Thank you so much!
Who else went and looked in their hair cabinet to make sure their fav beauty supply store is not playing in there face?!?!😆😂😆 I love this method of just adding hair to the ends...I'm on it!
The volume you achieved is incredible, and it adds such a natural look to the style. If you ever want to go for a more dramatic look, it seems like you could simply add a few more loose extensions. Your work is truly inspiring! Great job!
Thank you for sharing the real time process and all the problems. Your patience and diligence has paid off. The results are fantastic ❤. This gives me hope that I can also braid my own hair and achieve this look.
I was thinking about doing this, I have already thick hair and adding braiding hair makes my hair so heavy! I just wanted the boho looks (the curl pieces) but without leaving my hair outside the braid, thank god I found this video!❤️
Glad you caught the gel, thanks for sharing what didn't work & how you fixed it! Your natural hair looks so healthy, which makes it look SO beautiful!!! Checking your channel now, hoping you've also got some healthy hair vids too! And your braids look GORGEOUS!! 😍😍😍
well done my love! I love that im not the only perfectionist--I will literally rip out an install after spending 16 hours on it if something is not right and redo the WHOLE thing the next day😹😭 I love the technique you mentioned about doubling the hair at the ends. that is so smart. im still going to use synthetic because I need the rough texture to keep my braids from unraveling when I wash my hair ( I love washing my hair every other day with braids in) but otherwise well done❤
I was thinking on short hair as well if someone wanted bora bora braids. Unfortunately I am putting my braids over butt length locs so I have no choice but to use braiding hair😢
Actually, your hair is thin (fine) which means the strands are very small in diameter. You just have a whole lot of it (high density). Having that combo plus the fact that your hair is super long, gives you the same advantages of thick hair. Mine is the same, but not nearly as long as yours and my texture is type 4 (mainly 4a curl pattern which I do not like with having fine hair). Yours looks type 3. I think I will try this without using braiding hair. I am thinking that is why I never get past two rows before I hate it, stop, and take them out. The synthetic hair is sooo itchy and thick...I can't stand it. I love your finished look. I have had the human hair (ywigs) for awhile but just didn't know how to incorporate it with the braiding hair, so your video has given me perspective. Thanks so much!
best tutorial for this style on youtube. how long did the style last you? i keep thinking im going to do this but i dont always tie my hair at night and this style just takes too long to neglect like that lol
So bomb!!! Ive gotten this style done by someone else and my hair broke off soooo badlyyyyy!!! I wanted to try it again but of course doing it myself… did your hair break ? How long do you keep these in for? What does your take down method consist of?
Love ur tutorial. This style came out reallllllyyy nice! I wonder if u could substitute the human hair bundles for k tips . (Just so u can reuse the human hair for this style again)
This is so beautiful! I’m encouraged to try this on myself soon! Btw, Do you think this style will work on slightly shorter hair? Like just past shoulder length hair? I also have super thick hair like you too and am wondering if I would need more than 1.5 bundles? Thank you!
@elsadesiree your actual hair is absolutely beautiful. I’m trying braids for the first time as a 50 year old woman🙄 I’d like to use only human hair due to allergies and sensitivities of me and my husband. Would you recommend it? And can I reuse the hair??
I would love to do it in human. But they don't have it in Mature hair ( salt and pepper bundles), their not easy to find..You did a great job!! It's beautiful.😊
THANK YOU!!! I tried doing this to my hair and failed. Seeing your video makes me wanna try again. Did the ends unravel?? Ps I’ve washed my hair like that before too
Hi… I’m a year too late but optimistically hoping you can share your lip color. I was watching your video because I’m going on vacation next week and want to do this style. Guess I should get started ASAP 😅 ✨💄✨
I had to run and see the girl who Had money to waste based on the tittle 😂 Wow it looks soo beautiful. I don’t have to patience to sit n do it this small and neatly 😭 n I don’t have the money to pay Wtf they have fake shine n jam 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮 arrest them
It’s November 2nd... if I start now I’ll be done by this Summer !

Girl are you done yet. It's July 13, 2024
I'm starting these today. Wish me luck that I'm done by 10pm tomorrow night 😩😂
❤This is how I do mine, 100% only human hair, no braiding synthetic hair. It's So much lighter and natural looking.
How do you seal the end?

Sooo cuteee, you’re the only video I’ve seen without braiding hair. I’m gonna try this style next month for my bday
Your natural hair is beautiful!!!❤❤❤❤

This came out beautiful it looks so light i love how small the braids are

Ohhhhh so pretty! Love this technique definitely giving it a try. Thank you 💕💕
Neatbraid is hands down the best gel, I don't have residue like shine and jam
This is so pretty you’re gorgeous … will def try diy braids on this
I just did this with braiding hair. I’m going to do it again with no braiding hair!! This is cute!
Wow! I am so inspired!!!! I am doing this - buying one bundle at a time - to be ready to create this!!!!
The style looks so natural!!! ❤
Thank you for this!!!! I’m allergic to synthetic hair so this is perfect

Thanks for this video- I didn’t want to add braiding hair but thought it wouldn’t look good. Yours looks great!!
Thank you beauty! This is 🔥. Trying this over the weekend but trying with these two bundles of body wave that I have. Wish me luck! ✌️
Anybody else remember when they were called “micros” ?
That’s a totally different style though
This is a great idea. Im gonna try. Thank you for sharing!
Yes back then that’s what we called it
Exactly that is what we call them back then.
these are literarily tree braids. micros are a bit different
This is a great style for someone who has long hair.
I was thinking on short hair as well if someone wanted bora bora braids. Unfortunately I am putting my braids over butt length locs so I have no choice but to use braiding hair😢
This is the only way I braid my hair. Its so freaking light!
Simply stunning ❤
Absolutely gorg❤❤❤ I am definitely going to try this style out for sure. Thanks for sharing video
The dupe situation was so funny 😂
I’m invested! Great vid Elsa!
Ohhh that's sooo pretty!❤ and you are stunning

Can’t wait till my hair is mid back length but I’m going to try this now yours is so beautiful 💛💛💛
Did you glue the ends? How did you get the hair to not unravel at the end.
Damn not the gel being a knock off. Thank you for the heads up! Shine n, not shine AND! Got it
So cute 😍 definitely gonna try it

Omg it looks amazing I’m going to try this!
Thank you! Definitely try it!
The most beautiful girl and the most beautiful hairstyles ❤
How did you secure the ends though did you tie it? Did you glue it or did you not have to do anything to secure it, it just stays?
Love ur tutorial. This style came out reallllllyyy nice!
I wonder if u could substitute the human hair bundles for k tips . (Just so u can reuse the human hair for this style again)
You did a great jobb ,next time try the SHINE`N JAM in the red jar
Can do a personal makeup tutorial? I love how you do your makeup!
Sooo neat!
Loved your video ❤🎉
This is beautiful thank you

Is the hair usable with this method? I have some expensive hair that I don’t really want to waste.
@elsadesiree your actual hair is absolutely beautiful. I’m trying braids for the first time as a 50 year old woman🙄 I’d like to use only human hair due to allergies and sensitivities of me and my husband. Would you recommend it? And can I reuse the hair??
Gorgeous! Just tried this style in shorter length and really like it, should I add mousse?
Trop belle la coiffure ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I would love to do it in human. But they don't have it in Mature hair ( salt and pepper bundles), their not easy to find..You did a great job!! It's beautiful.😊
aw I hope you find that colour, it would look so beautiful on you! Thank youu
His and hers hair has your color
@@elsadesiree Thankyou, I just did it with my natural hair. And it turned out nice.
Love it 💜
Thank you ❤️
Love it!
I’m doing this to take a break from my hair thank you
Good Job!!!❤
Beautiful❤
Your hair is thick like my daughter's hair. Try the Shine n Gel in the red jar it works for your texture.
Yesssss thank you
Would you do a video on how your maintain your braids
How did you finish the end of the braids. Knot or blue
Glue
Neither, I try to make the end of the braids skinnier so they don’t unravel.
@@elsadesireeDid it work? Or would you recommend another method?
❤ so beautiful
THANK YOU!!! I tried doing this to my hair and failed. Seeing your video makes me wanna try again. Did the ends unravel?? Ps I’ve washed my hair like that before too
Wait why did yours fail? I wanna try this for my vacation but don’t want it to flop haha
My worry is that my natural hair isn’t thick enough. I want that volume for sure.
Were you able to reuse the hair?
What os your lipstick at the end so beautiful
How has this style been holding up? I haven't done it with only human hair before. Does it last a while?
Very pretty. I don’t know why you remind me of Kim Kardashian a little and when you talk too. Beautiful!
Maybe I missed it but did she say how long it took her?
what’s your lip combo pls
HOw long did your hair last like this?
Ga how do you get your parts so perfect?
Did they begin to unravel?? I would assume human hair doesn’t stay braided huh? It came out sooo good i would love to get my sister to do this for me
how many total braids did you do?
You’re gorgeous
She may have said it, but how many bundles did she use?

My hair locks very easily. Within 3-4 weeks. I have always used other hair so that my hair won’t lock.

Human hair is braiding hair. Micro braids aren't a new thing
Im doing this style on someone tomorrow!! I’m excited 😊 they look so beautiful. Can I ask, how many braids did you start with at the nape?
Thanks you! I did 3 braids!
