    Hi! Above the Dustpin, there is a grey tube (with many tiny holes). The tube is just above the filter you showed in the video. When I use the vacuum, some hair clogged around that tube. Do you know if there is a way for me to remove the hair? Thank you!

      Thank you for the comment. The situation depends. Could you please check whether there is any blockage like hard objects between the roller brush and the cover? Clear off the blockage and restart the machine to see if the noise still exists. If the noise still exist or there is no blockage within the brush and the cover, you are encouraged to contact our customer service team via email, and they would help you with troubleshooting and then solve the problem.

      Hi, we are sorry for the confusion. Usually, Pure one S11 only includes 1 battery while Pure one S11 EX is with 2 batteries. You can check the listing of your purchased item for more details.

    1:52 Tineco is affordable and good quality but the filtration is no different than any other vacs, even the cheapest ones. One has to clean the filter everyday for good performance and battery. Dyson is better at this but stupid expensive.

      ​@@TinecoSupport I hope so, maybe they could avoid Dyson patents by different shaped cyclones; egg shaped, pyramid cyclones! Tineco is first with the dust particle counter auto suction and all models have LED lights which Dyson copied to the V15 Detect.

    The roller cleaner don't make sense. You undo what you just did. You change the roller filter because you want to start fresh with a completely cleaned machine. But instead, you ended up starting with a dirty roller filter so you undo what you just did.
