I hope you guys did this for as many people as possible (on the film) That's incredible (to be able to track down the people or family members of the people in the film. I grew up in Los Sures, came to the South Side in 1978 from Dominican Rep. I was 7 years old. this film is part of my childhood. I remember a lot of street gangs back then but they never really messed with anybody they were mostly at war with each other over turf.

Thanks so much @mikemykey325. We did interviews and convos for a bunch of folks in the film, and made a mural in the neighborhood telling Cuso's life-story. The Shot by Shot project on livinglossures.com is where we recorded many of these. Just noticed it is down though, so might need to check back in a bit to get it working.
