As today happens to be the 37th anniversary when I started working in the cable industry. That is a cable/ Internet node/trunk amplifier. It is housed in a pedestal aka doghouse.
Almost looks like the Shores in the 1980's before the SHTF. The Villages should have names this hood "The Scrubs @ Village South," Let me guess...$280K for these homes? Why?!!
@@ritafaulkner7042 That exterior garage wall is a solid sheet of concrete. It makes no sense putting drywall on it. Keeps cost down as well. However, makes it difficult to do any changes to that wall with regards to electrical, windows, etc.
@@StreamsofDreams2370 Make sure you thank every new buyer for taking dollars out of the system. Well, the Villages Corp did just fine on the $400K purchase price. What town up north are this round of "confused" buyers coming from? YIKERS!! These buyers are turning "the Scrubs" into a high tax district. Maybe the Villages will subsidize bus service to the sqaures. You may have to stay overnight if you go to Spanish Springs town square. Can we get there by cart in 1 day from Mike's Villas?
Thanks for sharing this very valuable info - I’m always stunned that so many folks will buy new, pay bonds that are nearly $40K when these same bonds on a nice courtyard villa neighborhood, close to Brownwood but not south of Hwy 44, will be around $10K or paid off all together!…. What am I missing? I just don’t get it… No great shopping - no medical - YES - The Villages tells us that all good things are coming - but what does that really mean… more golf cart stores… more Fred restaurants - where are the ‘big box’ stores that we need to have an easy life, deep in the new section? Leesburg WalMart? Better pack some security if you’re going there!
The box on the corner is either for cable or fiber
Ok thanks
Thank you for the info and video always helpful.
U welcome

So you're living in the back of a garage in between 2 freeways with asphalt roads, no curbs, no sidewalks for 450000 if you add the bond.
No way.😮😮😮
Thank you
That’s why they make vanilla and chocolate ice cream. To each his or her own.
Kinda like living as a teenager behind your parents garage.🤣
Might as well move into the projects.😅😅😅
Thank you
These are the Villages projects.
Really, where do you live?
They may be over priced, but will sell fast!
Most likely
There are two additional Durham models on Compton Ave that are listed now as well. $338/9 K
Thank u
Looks like a block of garage’s not a fan of the homes hidden behind the garage.
Thank you
The garage wall with drywall is built out for the plumbing and electrical I believe.
Yeah, I'm not a fan of drywall in the garage.
Yes i agree
Thank you
next year maybe
Thank you

Wow really 🙄🙄
Can u wash your car in your drivway?
Yes
Pretty much looks like a high end trailer park.
Thank you
When you look through the window of these homes do you remember seeing ceiling fans? I didn’t see them in your video.
Yes, they have ceiling fans
Can you write off the bond on your taxes?

Curious to know why there is drywall on 1 wall of garage but not the other?
No.
