I really liked how you took the time at the end of the video to pan the neighborhood. I wish you had done that from the living room looking into the kitchen. I always want to see how everything looks in open concept homes but I notice you cover very well all the little things men consider and most women (like me at least) don't. I like the way they got rid of the sink in the laundry room and used that space in the kitchen. I have no need for a sink in the laundry room. I don't hand wash anything. Nice home on a nice lot.
This is a beautiful home with potential for adding a pool. We’re not ready to make the move yet but whoever buys this one will be fortunate to find such a jewel!! Great job on showing this one Skip!

Hi Skip. Lovely home. Bet it goes under contract within 2 weeks. For comparison, in suburban Chicago where I live, the taxes on this house would be close to $10K. Hope you get a bottle of expensive wine or a restaurant gift card for your efforts.
I am from NY and my taxes are half that. Granted, I live upstate, not downstate. And we definitely don't have the beautiful weather and amenities that the Villages has.
Great job Skip! This is a beautiful home however I was surprised that the total taxes are so high -$4,693 ? I thought taxes were supposed to be cheap in Florida. That, plus the $159 monthly HOA fee would really be expensive!
...HOA fees in south FL are much higher than $159...depending on clubhouse amenities, can run over $500 month for most condos...nobody blinks an eye because we know we are paying for sunshine. 🌞🌞🌞🌞

In florida it's against the law to compensate someone that is not a realtor.
