Look into pure, refined cannabis oil. You take it via a syringe without the needle. Just drop a little bit on your tongue and you'll be cancer free in about a month, maybe a bit more. Look it up.

Anyone that comments "stop eating" or "change your diet" has obviously never met anyone with an eating disorder. It's not at all that easy.

    • @cartman1754

Why do some smokers quit smoking?
Why do some alcoholics quit drinking?
Why do some drug addicts stop using?
Because they had the willpower and discipline to stop. Quit making excuses for people. If someone wants to change bad enough, they will make it happen.

You are right, having a disorder makes it very hard, but it can be done. I do know a couple of people who have overcome an eating disorder, it is possible, its just not easy

    • @damir4132

Everyone has met someone with an addiction. Saying nothing and supporting unhealthy behavior only enables addiction.
There is nothing you can say except "stop eating and change your diet". That is what must be done.
I dont just blame boogie for not having the mental fortitude, im blaming his wife as well. She should know better then to let him stuff his face with burgers, and drink sugar.
Are you fucking telling us that its really that hard from stopping someone that can barely move, that barely leaves the house from drinking sugar?

Boogie I have been watching you for years and Im sorry bro I just dont feel sorry for you any more. I used to cheer you on but I haven't seen any progress in years. Even if you cant exercise all you have to do is eat right and only drink water. It really is not that hard bud, If I can quit smoking cigarettes (clean for passed 2 years) you can quit eating bad food and sugary beverages. Please stay strong and dig deep. It isnt fun, its a mental game but you can beat it I promise.
And P.S. the fans that are feeling sorry for him or whatever are giving him an excuse to maintain his current condition. He knows what he needs to do, he needs to do it, thats all. Addiction is crazy hard to overcome, but he can do it if he really wants to. I work with a guy thats 62 and smoked his entire life. He is currently on disability and on oxygyn 24/7 and blames his breathing problem on an upper respitory infection and still smokes 3 packs a day... He wont live much longer because he cant beat his addiction and come to terms with what he has done to himself. Please boogie, face facts bro, FIGHT THIS.

    • @Icza
      @Icza 8 ปีที่แล้ว +9

Beating addiction from an otherwise healthy standpoint is one thing, but with other mental disorders it would be even harder and for some maybe impossible without some other kind of help.

That's a simplistic way to look at... Anything really. It's not like people with addictions don't give a fuck, or are unaware of the harm their actions cause. It takes some time to rewire decades of destructive habits, and if he's failing I doubt it's because he doesn't care or doesn't devote himself.

Boogie, take it from a fellow person who didn't get dealt the best hand when it came to the genes, and who also had an abusive father: You're not going to get anywhere being completely negative on everything you do and not at least putting whatever "umph" behind trying to better yourself that you can, even if its the smallest amount. "It looks like its going to turn out to suck." The mind has a very fierce hold over the body, it's why the placebo effect is a real thing. People given a placebo narcotic have even gone so far as to experience respiratory depression, euphoria, and decreased pain levels, just because someone thought a sugar pill or saline solution was morphine or some derivative of it. If you walk into a new diet, a new environment, a new drug designed to help anxiety/pain/depressed/HBP/etc with the attitude of "this isn't going to work" or "I had one hiccup and I'm now done with this" you're never going to get anywhere. You'll just keep circling the drain until you're either dead, or something so serious happens you have a forced intervention and feel even worse about yourself and have to climb that much higher out of your hole to get back to level ground. Believe me, I know. I've got severe problems with my musculoskeletal system.
I'm 30, had 4 hip surgeries just within the past 2 years alone. As I type this, it's from my hospital bed with my keyboard laying in my lap. I will eventually loose the ability to walk, I lost my teeth at 23, I was deemed disabled prior to the age of 18 and am now considered an "adult disabled child" by the Government, and if I ever marry I loose my SSD. I've been on painkillers from the age of 15 just to control my pain and keep me from putting a gun to my head and pulling the trigger just to stop the pain. It didn't help I lived in a state up until about 6 years ago with a "drug problem" and for many years I self-medicated because I could not receive any help. Even with pages of documentation from Duke University where I saw a panel of doctors and went through batteries of tests, local doctors would acknowledge all my problems, but then say there was nothing they could do and in the most polite way tell me they're glad to take my money for the visit but go lie in a ditch and just die. It's not been fun in the slightest, and I spent some of the best years of a person's life, their late teens/20's, mostly in a hospital bed and going through my own personal hell and stages of grieving. I've gone 9 months before without leaving my home or seeing another human aside from making the mandatory trips to the doctor and pharmacy. I don't think I need to tell you about the crippling depression I suffer through because of it, or the anxiety or panic attacks that come with, or how it effects every single aspect of your life. I'm just not understanding where you are coming from, and honestly it's not my job to, or my business to. But you need to get yourself some help from people that are able to give it, and commit to it man. I've seen videos of you (ones that aren't even specific here to your channel) and on one hand you seem to "own" being obese, and from what you said, how you were prior to finding a fulfilling career on TH-cam, using "Francis" and YT and your comedy as some sort of coping mechanism instead of meeting your problems head-on. You admit your body is failing and it's killing you, but then you just seem to accept that is your set-in-stone fate, and won't put much effort into helping yourself and seem to almost wallow in your own misery. It's almost like an addict, you're killing yourself but you either don't want to, or just honestly can't stop. If it's the latter, there is help out there, and it's not too late. If it's the former, I don't know what needs to happen in your life for you to finally realize you need to change things. Remember, there is always someone out there worse off, and until you're 6 feet under its not too late to turn things around.
I just hope you get the help you need, and that you help yourself.

A couple years back a therapist "slap me in the face" that I didn't have autism spectrum disorder stating since i spoke well to her i didn't have it. I switch therapists only to get told the clinic doesn't even study it. :(
It is hard getting the help, but again happy people like you exist, i do think and feel you will get better, just keep at it.
Much love boogie. Please don't regret being honest, honesty and awareness helps.

I suffer from high anxiety it sucks. I suffered abuse in my lice, and it sucks.
And why shouldn't he get paid for it? These do take work to produce, why put in a lot of effort into something and not be paid for it.

I happen to enjoy boogie, I would like him to be around for years but unfortunately that's just not a reality. Maybe if he reads something that hits home hard enough he'll say you know what fuck it I'm done with this shit. I didn't build this up just to die and leave it all behind. His family his friends his dog his games, hmm I bet if you ask him to name what he's gonna miss when he's gone the last thing on the list is gonna be food. I'm so sorry you're going thru this. I'm glad you decided to upload this video because it is lucky that I found your channel.I been struggling with PTSD for so many years I can't even count them, but it's people like you who are so brave to talk so freely about anxiety disorders that gives me strength. I know this isn't easy, I live that life every day. It's a fight to just get out of bed every day, a fight to get to work, etc. Thank you so much for talking about anxiety because people like me need to see videos like this from someone like us who also struggles. Maybe one day those who don't have an anxiety disorder will finally understand that this isn't something we can just get over. Doesn't work that way even tho those of us with anxiety disorders wish we could just get over it.
    Keep up the great work!

***** I don't like the phrase "Food addiction"
Technically lettuce and broccoli are foods. It's more along the lines of junk food is a coping mechanism, that then adds to his disability, makes it harder for him to sleep, which then adds to depression, which then requires a coping mechanism, back to junk food...
He's stuck in feedback loop spiraling down, and it's almost impossible to free yourself from that downward spiral, it takes a lot of help and support from others.
TL:DR He has a Junk Food Coping issue instead of Food Addiction.

Boogie, this video was NOT a mistake. I was cooking dinner and just listening to the usual random 'tube commentary on my bluetooth headphones in the other room, when I heard this video. I had to turn off the stove and go to the computer to watch the whole thing. You struck a nerve, man.
I gave up on doctors 2 years ago. I suffer from severe back pain, PTSD, and major depression. They really didn't have much to offer (that didn't come with even worse side-effects). You have inspired me to re-establish a connection with my doctor and see if she can find something (new?) that works for me.
I watched your whole video and I won't go so far as to say I'm lucky, but I am fortunate enough to have at least some minimal medical coverage and (obviously) I'm still alive. Most people think that being alive is a plus. Perhaps after some meds, I'll agree with them.
Your video really touched me man, but I'm a little confused. This water rolling down my cheeks ... where is it coming from? I haven't *felt* in so very long, it's all so very confusing.

I really enjoy all of the content some of the you tubers provide for their fans and Boogie is right there at #1 because he is really open to his fans. There's no questioning that you are a hard worker. No matter the age you are still keeping up the good fight and you have all the support you need, that's all that matters is that you are doing what most people have stopped doing at this age. This is how you do a you tube channel, even with everything that's going on he still puts 110% in his videos. That's what makes him lucky imo, his love for gaming and his fans is his motivation. Boogie whether you read this or not, many people already have said this, good job and keep up the great work! Cheer up Bud.... I've been through the anxiety thing and still take meds for it to this day. I too felt LUCKY when it was over. You hear people complain about anxiety issues and think "oh boy, this or that" about the person...... Until it happens to yourself! I truly thought I was dying and asked my kids to see me if I made it to hospital in the ambulance. The only way I can explain it to someone who has never had to deal with an anxiety attack is PURE HELL! My body felt like I was submerged in ice, my heart felt like it was trying to beat it's way out of my chest, my legs went numb to the point I could not hold myself up.... And thats just over and above horrifying pain and the inability to breath. My blood pressure was 290 over 170! It happens to all types of people. I'm 46, never drank more than casually few times a year. Never did drugs or smoked. Fairly decent shape. Anxiety can hit anyone!10 minutes prior, I was watching a comedy and joking/laughing with my wife.Feel better Bro!

Can somebody explain anxiety to me? I don't mean to be disrespectful, I just don't get it. I hear stuff like "Oh I had a really bad anxiety attack," or "Most people don't understand how much strength it takes to endure an anxiety attack." What does it feel like? Why does it seem so controlling, and why can't you realize that nothing's changed? Thanks.
I feel lucky because I had a head injury that resulted in a minor concussion, but I only have to take a week off of my sport, which isn't too bad.

It's different things to different people but the sort of anxiety that requires medication to cope with can get a little over the top. Imagine a voice in your head telling you that you're going to die. There is no real factual reason for you to believe you're going to die but that voice keeps on telling you that anyway. So you start sweating profusely even though it's a cold day, your gut is tightening in knots, you may even start to experience some tremor in your hands.
Then you start to feel the chest pains that's really just from an increase in blood pressure and heart rate brought on by the anxiety but the voice in your head is now telling you that you're having a heart attack.
So for absolutely no real reason at all, right out of the blue you feel like you're dying from a heart attack. There is nothing physically wrong with you, it's just your head trying it's best to screw you up.
And that can happen at any time, day or night, awake or asleep.
      Sounds fun huh?

I had an anxiety episode the other day. It had been building for a while- not getting quite enough sleep. some minor shitty things happening in the morning, and a bit too much caffiene. Then a customer said something really, REALLY shitty to me and I lost it. I started shaking, immediately, and spiraled down into a place of tension, fear and despair. I couldn't think about anything but how lonely, awful, and insecure I was. It lasted for hours. The worst part is that when it happens, I think for some measure of time that it will never, ever end and that I will be crying forever. What finally brought me out of it was a coworker acknowledging my situation and offering assistance. sometimes all it takes are kind words from calm people.

I see it on a regular basis. I don't know what the other people are talking about....voices in their head and what not. That sounds like schizophrenia or something.
The majority of I've seen of what I've seen are everyday normal people having a bad day. One particular example I remember was this lady hyperventilating after worrying she wouldn't be around for her kids. She was in good health, had no major medical complaints, and was middle aged. When you hyperventilate your extremities become numb and tingly. That in turn makes people panic even more. Some people's hands actually start cramping into this claw like form, you can imagine this can be quite painful. Then they hyperventilate to the point where they pass out and the body resets.
The alternative is just slowing down your breathing. This is hard if you're on amphetamines, cocaine, or in full panic mode.
The people that have this problem chronically? I've run across a couple of drug abusers and mentally ill people. When I say mentally ill I'm talking about lithium, risperidol, geodon, haldol shots people.
The others just fall into a category of weak mental fortitude. I've seen children with more resolve than some of the people I deal with. I'm strongly in favor of the nurture philosophy.

      @chubber911 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

You suddenly feel like "oh fuck, im dying right now!" and then symptoms start to show up that make you believe you are right. Start hyperventilating, so your fingers and toes start to get really cold and tingly. chest starts to feel tight, muscles tense up, heart palpitations, then ER. I was at a point where I was having several panic attacks per day, and would just pass out from exhaustion. If I didn't go to the ER on a day, it was a good day. I haven't been to the ER in 2 years now, and to me, that's a sign that my mental health is improving. I take an anti-depressant, and sometimes take clonazepam when I'm getting overwhelmed.

lucky. Boogie. I'm not even 150 pounds and I suffer from the same anxiety that you do. constantly worrying about dying and heart attacks. Just a heart palpitation has sent me to the hospital because I had a breakdown. my heart was only 20 bpm away from going into cardiac arrest from how bad I was freaking out. There have been days where I sleep it all away because at least I wasn't worrying but even then it slowly crept into my dreams to where id be begging for a painless death to some phantom God. either way, I've been slowly getting better and this just helped me even more and I thank you for sharing how you're doing. If you can stay strong then I for sure can keep it up too. Thank you man. Stay strong ❤

These comments are disgusting. My severe depression has caused me to have the reverse effect, and I'm currently severely underweight. The brain is a body part susceptible to illness, and anxiety, PTSD, are actual chemical imbalances in the brain that come with various different symptoms. Honestly, with all of the things Boogie had had to deal with over the course of his life, I'm surprised at his strength and coming out of these hard times alive. That'd what matters, he's overweight but he is alive and trying to get better. My mother has bipolar and is your size Boogie. No matter what she did, nothing worked. She had to undergo bypass surgery. Being overweight doesn't mean you don't care about yourself, and sometimes things are not as simple as "eating healthy" just like someone with depression can't just "cheer up". So to Boogie, keep on keeping on, I hope to meet up with you at an event one of these days and give you a hug. Please keep working on getting better :)

I love you dude. You are one of the realest TH-camr out here. I deal with literally everything you talked about. and I am so scared. you really put a lot of things in perspective for me. I cannot afford reasonable insurance with my family and make just enough not too get government help. I am so glad you are able too get something too help you. You are an inspiration of what you can do when you put your mind too it. I have prayed for you my friend. I am blessed too still be mobile also. But for how long I do not know. I have atrial fibrillation, and that makes it hard when you can't afford the meds too treat it and it is really hard too work out when my heart rate goes from 89 to 160 in like 2 or 3 minutes. Diet isn't enough and it sucks. I feel like I am gonna die before I can fully see my kids grow up. this video made me cry and hurt for you and be happy at the same time. don't regret posting this video. this is you, this is what makes us human. Love you Boogie, you are an awesome guy and I am glad you share a portion of your life with all of us, with me for that matter. Thank you, Much love and respect my friend.

I don't think anyone actually watched the full video. He had a positive breakthrough pushing him forward to his goal of eating better. He got very good news from his doctor that his heart is healthy and his blood pressure too. He got paid healthcare for the first time in his life. Look for the positives, rather than the negative. Boogie is progressing towards a better life. If you are subbed than you should be happy. If you have negative comments, harsh feedback or "constructive criticism" and borderline cyber bullying comments than why are you here and why do you care? Boogies channel is very personalized and it has always been that way. You either support him or you don't. You can't just come in here and spew hate, trying to paint yourself like you care and want him to get better. No, you don't care, because instead of encouraging Boogie on his latest positive life updates, you tear him down and birade him with some of the worst comments I have ever seen on TH-cam. He is an easy target and punching bag for the depraved nobodies who need validation to prove their self worth.

I believe your insurance is outrageous, they base what they charge you partly on your BMI and past health records. I had great insurance for my family through the company I worked for before Obamacare, but as soon as they implemented Obamacare, it went to complete shit- increased premiums from $300.00 to $6,000.00 a year, charged full price for emergency room visits if they deemed it wasn't an emergency, $1,500 premium on prescriptions, and lost over half of the doctors that would take that specific insurance.
All because they had to change everything to account for people that were forced into their system because they also were forced to take people from the welfare system or face outrageous fines from Obamacare. THANKS OBAMA!
