My favorite is the blue ranger, and you're right, the colors are vibrant and stunning! Really like how the rangers are flexible for some action.
The Blue Ranger deserves all the love!! It's kinda strange, I found the blue here very soothing to look at, which is why most of the demos in this video was done using the Blue Ranger 😁

Thanks for the kind comments! I'm a big fan of anything tokusatsu so I was a little self conscious about not letting that get the better of me in this review. It's also why wanted to call out any misses I found and not just let them slip by. But yea, Threezero has come a long way. Super stoked for the armored Red Ranger!

These are so much better than Ace Toys, I saw a picture of them side by side, and the AT ones look like the suits on the Kim and Trini dolls in the 90s. These remind me of the Sentai ones.
Agreed! The proportions and build quality on the Threezero ones seem superior. I can't wait for the armored Red Ranger 😁

Did you know the belts come off? I didn’t know, my blue ranger had the morphee upside down and I was very sad they messed up. But I saw that the belts were real belt clips and I was able to remove it and put it right side up. And move the holster over to the right side.
Thanks for the heads up! Someone did mention to me that the belts were in fact removable. I was poking around in the back but failed to see anything so I thought they were sewn in like the belt on the Hot Toys Deadpool's 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
But I'm glad you're able to fix the belt on yours! Now I need a way to fix my video 😅
@@ElbearToys no problem. I was also able to remove the dragon shield and place it on the red ranger, the small square pegs on the back of the shield have a tacky glue on it and kinda pegs in. I had no problems swapping it but like everything I don’t think you want to do it too often. So I was able to replicate the armored red ranger.
Nice!! So now you have an armored Red ahead of everyone else 😉

I've bought plenty of unlicensed figures right before the official ones were announced, so I know the feeling 🤣🤣🤣 But that's unfortunately now it is with the hobby, licensed or otherwise. And even so, if your purchase had at least given you a bit of enjoyment before it's usurped by a new and better version, I'd say that's a triumph~

Off. Those helmet sculpts are bad, the ‘spikes’ going into the center diamond of the dragon shield drives me nuts, and the power sword looks tiny.
Figures themselves look good though, so at least there’s a base to work with when customizing.
Oh wow, you're right. The "spikes" are digging right into the center diamond on the Dragon Shield. You have very sharp eyes.

What display stands do you recommend?
I have to be completely honest I kind of wish 3-0 had kind of mixed with the ace toys when it comes to the Green ranger shield the black rangers and the other power rangers suits. Because believe it or not the diamond on the suits is too long The shield does not curve in the front for the back and also the height differences that Ace toys provided would actually have looked more accurate than what 30 did when they decided to make all the rangers the same height. Sort of reminds me of the sh figure arts line I know it's a cost-saving measure but if you're willing to put more money into it you'd get more money out when fans are ready to buy them. That's just my opinion and I do wish they had fixed the cuffs and I do understand that for whatever reason the belts are removable it is unfortunate that you cannot switch the 30 stuff with the ace toy stuff because that would make for a good figure. At least in my opinion. I am glad that they did give the powerboat it's writing and they also gave it a string so that's pretty accurate too. So all in all it's not the worst thing ever it would have been nice to have some unhelmeted head sculpts but you get what you get. And I've said it before on other videos but to articulation heal articulation and other forms of articulation would have been nice especially since you want to move the girl's heads up and down and you can't that's really sad. But if you could switch the 30 ones with bass toys maybe you can pull something off. Who knows people might decide to customize and use both sets as something but it is what it is. Congratulations 30 you didn't do too bad but I wouldn't necessarily call these perfect least not in my eyes. And sadly I wanted perfect power rangers but you get what you get because they're trying to save money but the more money you save the less money you make because cheapness does not exactly mean profit all the way sadly.
Agreed! The Threezero Power Rangers are what they are unfortunately, inconsistencies and all. But I also understand the measures they took to keep the figures affordable. I believe the MSRP for each individual ranger if you buy separately is around $100 USD (less if you buy the six-pack). For a licensed product from a reputable brand in this hobby, that is exceedingly rare. So perhaps it's a "damned if you do" and "damned if you don't" kind of situation when it comes to every single refined manufacturable details versus affordability.
One wonders how much these figures could have been improved if they cost $150 -$200.
Ooh that's food for thought. My guess is the easiest way for them to bump up the price while doing the least is adding a display stand. Perhaps a print with their Morphers or something. But the one improvement I'd pay for is the diamond patterns. There must be some way to make them consistent with the rest of the suit 🤔

I wonder too, though I wouldn't hold my breath just because there's absolutely no telling what Threezero has up their sleeves. One day they're doing Destiny, then out of the blue they're doing Evangelion next 🤷♂️ They did announce the White Ranger, if that's any consolation.

Also I must point out how unaccurate this is the Jewel on top of the green rangers helmet does not have the gold trim if anything should ever have been done right it should have been this. Considering the sh figure arts line which is 6 in tall can actually pull off decent ranger helmets I do not understand how 1/6 scale could not considering it's 12 in tall and a lot more larger. I'm just saying that I don't feel that all the details all the intricate cited things were actually put in that should have been I feel like this was a rest job just to make some quick bucks and I do not feel like it was taken full advantage of in the best way possible. There are Japanese there are American there's all kind of footage that could have been used there are pictures you could get online heck you can even use the sh figure arts as a way to have made decent models but I just feel like a lot of stuff was skimmed on sadly I feel like this should not have been the full finished product. I do feel this could have been a lot better to the eyes and possibly the wallet but that's just my opinion. It all makes sense when the White ranger comes out at least I think so.
