Plantita's like me love this area 7:07 but I would rather plant vegetables on that area self sustaining pa. BTW 10:31 ang taas naman towel rack sa maid's bathroom, ano ba akala nila sa mga maid six footer.

So far ito palang ung bahay na subrang ganda at subrang laki ng mga rooms ito ung klase ng bahay talaga na gusto ko malaki lahat ng rooms marami pa. Perfect sya 😍👏

sa 3rd, 4th and 5th room, hindi maganda yung pagkakaplace ng cabinet kasi nahaharangan yung pinto papasok sa cr. pero depende na yan sa titira kung pano nya idedesign yung kwarto nya.

Kudos for the nice presentation. Love the open concept design sa ibaba pero kailangan malaki talaga ang budget mo to make it look luxurious and liveable dahil it is just a big plain empty box. For its size at P34M, you should not have to do any improvements anymore. Over-priced lang. Sigh!

Haha. Hinanap ko nga din to sa video. Pero parang hindi sya terrace/balcony. Bubong ata sya nun parking area look @1:12. Level lang sya.
It is spacious and expensive. I got a problem with the refrigerator, it seems it is an old model. Mostly nowadays it is split with freezer on the bottom. Also with the closet, it has no hanging rack to hang pressed clothes. The pantry to put spices is not of the vertical rack where you could pull them out without much juggling or moving of spices.
All the specifications of this property fits what I want in my lot. Looking forward to building this house kapag may budget nako pampatayo. Chill lang muna yung 300sqm lot ko haha
