U can still use the dirty kitchen downstairs and u can make the extended living room to be your dining area downstairs its up to you how to think.. Anyway the dirty kitchen its not literally dirty as what u think.
I suggest po mag vlogging cam na lang para mas malinaw yung video 1080p. Yung canon PowerShot G7x Mark II okay po yun or yung Mark III. Sana ma export din ng 1080p. Ganda pa naman ng video.

Gorgeous door/ entry. The door itself is a statement, but the interior was too busy in terms of design. There is no connection with its beautiful door. The only element in the interior that's also equally gorgeous is the black spiral stairs, the rest as if the designer got too excited to design.

Yes, I am aware that in the world of the internet, I can look up the conversion units from sq meters to sq feet but it would be nice not to have to do this each time I’m here. Also, why not declare the price?? Are these properties shown as base models or ready-to-move-in kind of deal? If it is the latter, there should be a price tag for such property. This I believe, and so as some of your other viewers have expressed, a very important piece of information not to be missed and if not stated, is a disservice to your viewers. Its a large property, but why the kitchen and dining is at the 2nd floor, its a bit inconvenient to go up and down specially if you have visitors, in a large 625 sqm property you can easily put a lap swimming pool.
I agree. Needs an elevator. And why all the step ups & downs?. (Not the staircase.) Two steps up to the kitchen. Two steps up from the den to the main living room. A step down to the entertaining area. It makes it look like it's from the 1960's, as well as being troublesome for the elderly or infirmed.
Gorgeous house but without a lift, it will be difficult to commute between living and dining especially if you need to carry food and beverages between these 2 rooms.
