You could probably use cement board as frost protection skirts. Make panels with rigid foam and drop between the piers. The exterior finish could be stucco or true stone masonry.

Behind the house wrap, do you have 7/16" OSB comvering the entire post frame?

Im curious about the install of electrical with the glue only on the felt to the back of the box it really has no structural integrity do you fix this inside with back plate or something sorry you've probably answered this in another video
