I really like that he decided to give the speech to Missy. Missy was ignored and treated horribly her whole life by all of the adults in her life and almost everyone and this moment of recognition, I felt really meant a lot to her.

Awwww, I only really watched one episode of Young Sheldon because that's all I could stomach at the time. But I do like watching these clips. And from watching these clips, I can tell that even though Sheldon kinda hates his siblings, he also does love them in his own awkward way. And this is the sweetest I've ever seen him towards Missy
