    Very impressive build. I'd love to be able to recreate something like this myself, however I currently lack the space and tools to do it. I'd love to see something larger done in a similar style, as my gaming group are considering starting a Mordheim campaign, so ideas and tutorials on building more terrain in this fashion would be great.

    This is really beautiful but how would you tackle a larger playable building with different rooms and floors?

      Thank you! You might be interested in my tavern video. It's a larger interior built specifically with indoor playability in mind. That sort of idea can be scaled larger or smaller depending on the building you had in mind.

    I realize this is a bit of a necropost, but I have a question on stone texturing. Would sand work for weathering the stone bricks, rather than rocks?

    • @OkayHobbyTime
      @OkayHobbyTime  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey there. Sand wouldn't have the weight needed to weather the foam-you're better off finding other heavy objects if rocks are not an option. Good luck!

    Hi, I must say that your builds are a great inspiration for me as a new foam builder. However, in the UK, I am struggling to obtain a variable temperature controlled, hot wire wand, the sort you make your wood-grain with. Can you tell me what make of wand you use please? Thank you so much in advance, and carry on with your stunning builds.

    what browns do you use im getting a chalky look as well, and its annoying me, im very new to painting terrain so dont know what browns look good, i started with burnt umber and then tried to mix my own highlight and now it looks shite lol

    • @OkayHobbyTime

      The issue is when there's a big jump in colour from brown to very light brown. Better to build up the colours in layers from dark to light.
