I really like your style and the easy to follow steps. Your build looks like it could easily be a modular build too, by adding magnets to the bottoms an sides of the individual building Parts. Looks like i found a net Inspiration for myself! Thank you for your Video!
Amazing stuff! can you give me an Idea of what temp setting you use when you do the wood texture? I have the same foam cutter you use and can't seem to dial it in haha
Thank you! Durability has never been an issue with this type of XPS foam and craft paint for me. But it's a personal preference and if you know your builds will be handled roughly, it's a recommended step. 🙂
super cool !! you are now welcome to design all of my buildings for malifaux so that i can build them xD But seriously, write a book with step-by-step instructions and you will get rich! i would be the first to buy it: D keep it up! cheers, fraenky p.s. abo and thumbs up I left you there
Excellent work! I need to get onto doing something like this for my group's Mordheim plans, once I can get time and a hobby area up and running! How long do you you estimate that build took?
Thank you! It's hard to give an accurate number since filming the process adds a lot of time (especially with all the different angles). But it was definitley a few hobby sessions to build and a few more to paint. I should keep track next time!
I like it a lot, but there was definitely some missed opportunities to make the structure playable at multiple levels instead of making one entire solid piece.
Huge... but miniature. This is my biggest build to date. Hope you all enjoy the video. Have a great day!
Well, this is all I needed to see to convince me to pull the trigger on a hot foam cutter.
do you have plans available for purchase
Love the details. Just wish the inside was accessible.
Awesome build. When I try it though I think I’ll make it in layers so that I can put minis on the inside.
Great idea, that would add a bunch of playability. Thanks for watching!
That tower looks brilliant!
Thank you! 🙌

Thanks Hans, glad you enjoyed it! And totally, magnets are always great if modularity is needed.
What a great way to make those roof tiles, brilliant.
Thanks! Glad it was helpful
Absolutely breathtaking details ☺️
Thank you 🙂
This is gorgeous. I love it
Thank you! 🙌
Definitely your most elaborate build yet! It reminded me of lego with the massive amount of bricks you needed for the tower. Keep up the great work!
Wow, that's amazing! I love it. Beautiful build. 😍
Thank you! 😀

Thank you! And sure, it's somewhere around the 5th notch. So just under the middle temperature. Enough to texture the foam but not completely melt it.
Amazing build! Love it!
Thank you! 🙌
Keep it up man. Love this stuff. Building this today
Glad to hear! Let me know how it turns out.
Awesome Build! But don´t you seal your buildings?
Thank you! And I used to, but I find that it's not necessary with my builds. They don't get handled roughly.
Woooooowwww... That so amazing.
Thank you! 🙌
Great build! Thanks for sharing
Thank you!
Awsome job. Now you can box it up and send it to my house right? Lol
You can tell this build turned out exactly the way you meant it to. Awesome work.
That looks fantastic, well done, really inspiring, I love the shingles method, will give it a shot. How big are your bricks?
Thank you! Glad to hear you're inspired. My bricks are 1cm by 2cm.
Awesome build
Dude i love these kind of things theyre so cool keep it up
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. There will be much more.
Fabulous job, always enjoy watching your videos.
That was excellent. The craft as well as the presentation, I really enjoyed it.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!
Need a way to print plans so we all can build. Great vid
Thank you! And I'll see what I can do regarding the plans. 🙌
So Well done💪
Really enjoyed your video! Love the scale of this build and the attention to detail. Looking forward to your next project!!
Thank you! More to come.
Lovely work, as usual. I've really been enjoying these. Thanks for sharing them!
Thank you-it's appreciated!
It's awesome!!! Rangers of shadow deep is a really fun game that will suit this kind of terrain. Have a look you might get some fun ideas
Thank you! And I love that game, it's what I'm currently playing and one of the main games I create terrain for. 🙂
This build is perfect for mordheim! Thanks for sharing your work ☺️. Ps I'm subbed!
Glad you enjoyed it! And welcome!
Muy buen trabajo!!! Que medidas tienen los ladrillos?
Thank you! 😀 They're 1cm x 1cm x 2cm
Awesome build. What design software do you use for your sketchups
Thank you! I use Adobe Illustrator. Mainly because that's what I use for work and familiar with it.
Nice build!
Question: why don't you use modpodge?
Thank you! Durability has never been an issue with this type of XPS foam and craft paint for me. But it's a personal preference and if you know your builds will be handled roughly, it's a recommended step. 🙂
Живенько. Лайк!
Thank you!
Niceee😍
so why did you decide against balsa wood sticks or was it just an xps demo kinda thing
I love working with foam! Balsa wood would totally work here though.

i would be the first to buy it: D
keep it up!
cheers, fraenky
p.s. abo and thumbs up I left you there
Thank you, Fraenky! I'd love to design a book once I have enough content for one. 😀
@@OkayHobbyTime if you bring one out, it will definitely be awesome: D

where did you get the window stl files?
Hi there, you can find them on Thingiverse under "medieval windows"
Mate why do you have title translation on
Not sure if I'm able to change that. Seems like that's based on the language selected on the viewers end.
Huzzah, a ruin of this same model. Sorta a before and after so to speak.
I'd love to do some ruined versions of my buildings. Some ideas are in the works!
I like it a lot, but there was definitely some missed opportunities to make the structure playable at multiple levels instead of making one entire solid piece.
Thanks Kairon! I was playing with the idea of making the roof removable and having more platforms, etc. but decided against it for this one.
