I always thought, in my headcanon, Cap's serum helped skinny ill Rogers to recover from his low physical condition to normally average physical condition and then take his normally average physical condition to of a peak level human, which a good sound atheletic military trained human can go through immense training to reach to a level to atleast go against Cap, not necessarily defeat him and since they were never able to perfectly recreate the serum like original after Erskine's death, no other "serum" taker ever reached to a level above Cap.

I think it would be cool to actually use this character to tell stories in russia (not russian, but actual adventures and fights in russia, battling russian badguys). its a whole new world. just because your russian doesnt mean your evil. and it doesnt mean evil people arent doing bad things in your country or trying to take over. everyone needs a hero.
