Hi Farmer, there is no retailer in Victoria yet as far as I’m aware. It’s easy to buy direct from iTechWorld.com.au and the customer support line is great.
Hi Sam, thanks for watching. The dcdc charger will choose between one power source. By using a controller the solar and alternator contribute charge at the same time. The controller also allows for the use of up to 45v solar panels.
Why put up (add a public comment) , when you censor the comment. Tried to inform potential iTechWorld customers that all is good when purchasing over $3000 worth of equipment, but when it takes manager Jarrod 5 days to respond to an email over faulty equipment ( a iTechWorld 30 amp solar charger) and is rude, and unprofessional, I believe potential customers must be made aware so as they are able go else where if they choose.
Hi Paul, thanks for watching. We are sorry to hear you have had a negative customer experience. We like you are only consumers of iTechWorld products and can only portray to you our experience. I can only suggest to contact customer support again. We hope your next experience is a better one. Happy camping OTL.
