@@BumbleBee-d8h Unfortunately, Google doesn't want any mirroring happening unless you're doing it via Chromecast when it comes to Google devices. Other Android smartphones don't have this issue.
Also that LG thing app is useless - you can either share the screen, or the sound, but not both at the same time. With my Huawei P30 I just share the screen/sound without the app, and it works fine. Google Pixel 7a doesn't recognise the TV, and it doesn't work on the car intranet, either. I use my Huawei for that as well.
