i honestly dk how they can do that without much safety gear, I had like mask goggle and glove on and I still accidently got those damn acid on my pants and shoes, now they are discolored and some parts are ripped
I appreciate the video, but this doesn't seem like all possible impurities have been removed. I would think you would have to go through an electrolysis step to insure that to be the case.
Hello sir Mene tajab me ashudd chandi ka process Kiya Mere pas 50 gram chandi thi se tejab me daal dia Uske bad yah tejab me mix ho gai thi usme mene namak dala or chandi ka dahi jam gya fir me mene usi tejab me loha dal diya usse wo chandi ab nichhe nahi baith Rahi h sath hi liquid ka colour black ho gya please batye ki ab chandi kaise baithe jisse me use refine ka sku
Stainless steel is resistant to acid but if you look carefully, the inside is corroded. Heat resistant glass designed for science is best but expensive.
That requires more steps and fully converting the AgCl on such a large scale would require a blender with a non-reactive whisk at least. I've done it both ways and I'd never consider using salt on this scale although it's possible to do. It's easier to wait a few hours.
Safer to buy an electric muffle furnace. While fascinating, please don’t look to this video for process design unless you don’t mind risking a limb or two
I find it a bit of a waste when some silver which may contain stones or other potentially sellable materials are just melted in the same pot. I dont know why just niggles at me a bit
I hope you’re not dumping your old stuff out anywhere you want to. Sure looks like a hard way to do an easy job but I guess you just don’t have the proper equipment.
More like n majorfup, tap water alone was bad enough. Its not like they dont know how dangerous it is what their doing. Its just ignorance. Fstupid, at times hes hand was few cm from that molten silver. No also the second last and last silver dont look the same. Anyways there i was thinking mr sreetips was the master.... damn how wrong i was😅

Your mixture contains predominantly the following constituents: 1. Sodium nitrate 2. Ferric chloride (lohe ka chloride) 3. Silver (chaandi) 4. Water And free ions. To recover the silver, electrolysis is best, but unlikely to be feasible from what I am assuming about your resources. The following may work, assuming the displacement reactions have occurred as above. 1. Filter the mixture you have. The powder/solids you have on the filter now contains a mixture or ferric chloride and silver. 2. Put the (solid) filtrate of the mixture in a glass beaker or acid proof vessel, and add conc. nitric acid. Ferric nitrate is water soluble, while silver chloride is not. When white precipitate comes out of solution, filter to recover silver chloride. 3. Reduction of silver from chloride can be undertaken by using a variety of methods in literature (google). You can use hydrogen peroxide (conc.) which will produce hydrochloric acid/hydrogen chloride and oxygen, so please keep safety in mind. Alkaline solution may be used in situ
I'm glad that everyone wears his safety sandals.
😊😅😮😢🎉?
When you're sloppily pouring conc. nitric acid into buckets you gotta wear open-toed sandals without socks. That's in the safely manual isn't it?
That’s exactly what I was thinking 😅
i honestly dk how they can do that without much safety gear, I had like mask goggle and glove on and I still accidently got those damn acid on my pants and shoes, now they are discolored and some parts are ripped
Yes, welcome to India, we risk it all😅

Alot of the material could be cut up to create more surface area and to avoid the metals poping in the fire from trapped moisture.
I always wear sandals when I smelt.
Ever drop any molten on the little piggies?
I wonder what will happen when the handle of the little nitric acid plastic bucket snaps...
my bet is they can ask the last guy it happened too

Meiy bhi aase hi Karta hoon...
Bhavanagar gujrat
there is still copper contained in the silver if you use it to cement it out
In the dissolving step, what is the container made of, and why does the hot nitric acid not dissolve the metal of the container?
Stainless steel is resistant to acid but if you look carefully, the inside is corroded.
Heat resistant glass designed for science is best but expensive.
Three easy steps... 😅 Not and easy job at all.. 😂 thanks for the video! 🧡
Kisi ko sikhna h to aap sikha doge bhaiya ji
Hello muje sikna he
I am marathi boy, I do this work at Mumbai masjid zhaveri bajar, I know all the process and I do work with 10,12,14 kg silver 😊🙌
Умнички!! Уважаю тех у кого есть реакторы Не травят народ окружающий
How much silver solution is needed to install copper locating plates?
Was this silver used in jewelary???
Salt is the fastest way to collect the silver in the solution not copper plate.
what kind of salt
@@ertugcetin9371 common salt in our kitchen.

@@dustybrown4599 you don't need to wait an hour only minutes if you use salt against copper.

Hai can you please tell were can I buy the refinery drum?
Please let me know
Amazing best ❤❤❤
Asid watar how many cant used.?
where is the easy part?
jo dusri metal hai vo kaise niklegi
I want to purchase that melting furnace.can you explain that details of pipe sizes fitting or furnace price

🤔 You said how to in 3 steps easy, you got me setting up at the kitchen stove with 2 crab pots and a spoon waiting 😂.
Red coloured fingers.
Nice refine
Nice process
you spilled almost as much as you refined. love the smell of nitric acid i the morning too.
2kg silver me itna distlled water?
You got more silver on the floor than out the door
भाई जी इस का तांबा कैसे निकाल लेंगे किरपा करके आप ये विडीयो बनाए धन्यवाद
Ok
Will it dissolves in nitric acid again
Yes. It will form silver nitrate.
OSHA Approved!!!!!!!!
Using acid and pouring molten metal while wearing sandals is a recipe for disaster.
Yes, welcome to India 😅 we are risk takers 😅
Great video.
Nice. 😮
Dove buttate l'acido usato??
As per saftey sandal protocols, in the drain or nearby river😂

Rubber gloves don't give adequate protection especially working with acids and other chemicals
"... in 3 easy steps."
18 steps later...
It's obvious that this was recorded on casual Friday.
Well they didn't remove all the copper nitrate, nothing they used was clean so 98-99% pure.
The case could be made that isn’t 999 pure.
Make it then.
Video does that for us
10:25 i guess we're making silver baseballs now
Antimoltenmetalflipflops...
Very profitable process 1100gm jewellery turns 1930 gm pure silver. 😂😂 0:19
😅
Nice
Yeah blue colour Mai koun sa chemical hai bhai..
Copper nitrate
Nope, its silver nitrate
They dump the waste into the Ganges river
I hope you’re not dumping your old stuff out anywhere you want to. Sure looks like a hard way to do an easy job but I guess you just don’t have the proper equipment.
I am sure that even with the limited equipment had, the process can be designed to be better and more efficient.
I would NOT want to be the guy wearing sandals pouring hot nitric acid should a spill occur. 😢
Sure, safety precaution is very important.
I'd recommend wearing safety boots because you are around dangerous chemicals
Protect your hands by wearing gloves and protect your feet by wearing sandals. Great idea 😂😂
i need a nice job
Please don't let sreetips see this
I prayed to sreetips and he said this was an abomination lol 😂

Worst refining in history
You just added copper back into the silver, it’s less pure then when you started… 😂
❤❤❤
🌹👌
Why using silver plates
Yikes 😮
Three easy steps if you already have $2,000 worth of equipment…
ماشاء الله
Don't try at home it's risky
Ох и химичат не по детски. 😂😂😂
Very poor safety habits. Very poor refining techniques.
Notun kono podhhoti apnar jana ache?
A lot of poor people having to do this!
Too much work
More like 20 easy steps. lol
Bare feet……….
What a mess
You are supposed to rinse until the water is completely clear!!!
