If you have trouble with bug pests freash coffee grounds kills 'em.
If you put the freash grounds around plants, & crops it keeps the bugs away & the slugs.
Used grounds work too but freash grounds work better. I know cause right now I live in a crap run Hud building & working to find a decent place to move too.
I'll soon have have a lawyer to 'play' with a nasty Hud manager.😃😂😊 The last one we had is already in jail. The one we got now has messed with the wrong person. Having been in the Army, I know to save ALL paperwork. Can that 'manager' spell: 'big time lawsuite'?😃😂😁 I'm a 26 yr Combate Army Vet, hey she wants a 'war', that's ok by me. .... I don't care what 'skin colour' a person is but she hates 'whites', she raised rents, phoney fines, phoney late fees, won't fix a thing & so on. She threatens to throw ya out, take all your deposit $ & other nasty stuff.
I'd luv to see her out in the middle of the woods, dang, I'd leave her there. 'WE',know how to camp out in the middle of no where, hunt, fish...Her idea of 'camping out' would be a tail gate party at a
      football game. 😎

I love you two. Your definitely my kind of people. I love doing what y’all like doing. Riding ATV’s, UTV’s fishing, hunting and camping. Even horseback riding. I’d bring my horse up there but I live in Texas and I’m not hauling that far. I was wondering if you have to bring your own toys to ride or is there a place that rents them?
Id love meeting y’all and visit one day. BTW it wasn’t Glamping. 😃

Dang!! You guys have it made.
It's a bit chilly but electric & coffee maker, blow up mattress...water & all, sounds like 'fun camping'. I'm just starting to watch, hope you both & doggie had a blast.
I was lucky if I had a 'tent' in the Army.😃😂😁 You both need to get those silver bags from Patriots. They are very small, light weight & when opened they're a really nice size. You slip into the very light, but strong silver lined 'bag' & it will keep you soooooo warm & toasty, you can use it in your sleeping bag, or just by itself if it's all you have & they can be a real life saver, say your car is snowbound, stuck= take it out of the glove box & it could save lives. And they don't cost much at all.

Beautiful park. Those buildings built by the CCC were very interesting. I am sorry that the cemetery there was a bust. Those durologs you used to roast your hot dogs 🌭? Someone told me years ago, that you should not even breathe the fumes coming from those logs, or so he said. That one cemetery you visited was cool, especially the family mausoleums.
What did you think of them? Thank you very much, Leo and Heather, for another interesting video. Take care. 😊

I wonder, if the forest around this site looked like this a hundred years ago, or if it was a more open area back then, with less trees...
I am asking, as some of the platforms look like small lookouts.
Also the average hardwood tree I can see in this video looks like about 100 to maybe150 years old.
Is there old pictues about this site?

Many people do not know the little inside info about the citizens conservation corps, many of the units were actually ran by active-duty army officers and ncos and ironically it was the training ground for many future officers and non-commissioned officers that serve during world war II. And many u.s. army engineer units that served in the Pacific and European theater were recruited out of men in the conservation corps who would already picked up engineering skills, especially the u.s. Navy Seabees that build everything from windmill washing machines to airports in the South Pacific theater, and many of the heavy construction crews went to England ahead of the arrival of the u.s.a. 8th Air Force to assist the British and reinforce the existing runways to be able to handle the heavy B-17 and b 26 and fighter aircraft that will be arriving very soon,
