To all my fellow introverts, being an introvert shouldn't hold you back from standing up for yourself. If you feel you're being bullied because you're perceived as weak, try to change that perception. At least, project a stronger image when interacting with them.
I was once a quiet kid, which made me a target for bullying. However, when I changed schools, I decided to change myself. I became more assertive, setting clear boundaries and learning to say "no" when necessary. I stopped people-pleasing and prioritized my own needs.
Although this new persona initially gave me an intimidating aura, it ultimately deterred others from taking advantage of me.
