I love Phoenix Lords and Asurmen most of all. I really wish the Eldar got more respect in the lore, their back story is one of the most interesting in all of 40k imo, and Phoenix Lords are unbelievably bad ass. Seriously tempted by the mini, that looks really nice (unlike the 20-year old original)
Unfortunately GW too obsessed with using them as punching bags despite being one of the most advanced species in the Galaxy.

Getting a video about how each of the pre heresy primarchs would have reacted to being the imperial regent as Guilliman is would be pretty cool. Seeing how each primarch would rule their own imperium.

That was a thing I thought for a long time as well. You'd think they'd either look to distant galaxies to sate their boredom or something alike.

-Asurmen: The Darker Road. It's an audio drama that I highly suggest. It's only over an hour long, and probably one of my favourite 40k stories ever.
Asurmen is just THAT GUY. He lost everything, was literally at his lowest, wanted to end it all. And then he snapped, and had the epiphany that "dying is for losers. I'm going to dedicate my entire life to fucking over chaos and avenging my people".
I love his design that's almost reminiscent of a superhero, and the idea of just him going around the galaxy in Stormlance, fighting evil and helping people. He's one of the few proper examples of a wandering hero in the 40k galaxy, and in the grim darkness of the far future, you can't help but root for him and his disciples.
Excellent mini as usual, majorkill! I don't even play the tabletop (more like I can't), but if I could buy this wonderful mini I would've in a heartbeat! (Cause god the gw one sucks...). Keep up the good work mate!
Just getting into 40k lore and luckily found this channel early on and man is it an awesome channel. Learning the fascinating world while dying laughing from all the jokes, thank you for making it fun.

In the Jain Zar book, it’s kinda implied that the Phoenix Lords don’t even have bodies, and are instead just empty suits powered by their spirit stones.

The Eldar need a major lore update by Gamesworkshop. Right now all Warhammer can focus on is chaos and nids which is okay but hard to believe how bad the eldar are, for a race that’s been around since the Dinosaurs, your telling me they still get clapped by everyone ? Really? And the Tao , just seem to be rocking and rolling after 3,000 years? Get your lore straight GW!

Video Requests: 1) What each loyalist Primarch would if they had been rezzed in Guillimans place as leader of the Imperium. 2) More eldar scripts from Majorkill, any and every story idea you would like to see with the eldar in 40k.

I think another reason, and the reason I consider canon for myself, that phoniex lords are so strong is that eldar are the most physic race and just how Guliman is sort of ascending to godhood by the worship of the imperium, I think that the Eldar worship the phoniex lords as Demi gods of war and after some time they became that through the will and belief of the entirety (minus Drukhari) of the most physic race.

Also, can you make a video on Psyker power levels? In the Eisenhorn series they mention Alpha plus psykers for the strongest ones which suggests there is some form of ranking, i dont know if thats only in Eisenhorn or other books as well :)
I think that's consistent across the books but what exactly constitutes each rank has been changed several times as the lore has been rewritten (I think Gideon Ravenor was originally said to be alpha plus but his greatest feats largely consist of psychically communicating across a planet and killing a few people with his mind so has since been downgraded to high delta/low gamma). The main scale is just the greek alphabet with alpha plus for anything too strong to fit on the scale (like Malcador, Magnus and the Emperor). There's also been some mention of further descriptors which can modify the classification of the psyker. I believe there was a Theta class psyker who was basically undetectable and not deemed enough of a threat to concern the inquisitors present as their powers were "passive and singular" in that they could share their senses with only one person at a time and were incapable of detecting thoughts or emotions back. Generally any major named psykers will probably be Eta (rank 9) or higher (probably much higher). I don't think it was confirmed but I suspect the scale is exponential so alpha plus, alpha or beta psykers are a big deal being enough to endanger worlds (as established, Gideon is one of the strongest psykers in the inquisition and has been relegated to rank 4 or 5).

You know the whole reincarnate from someone in the armor makes me think the Chapter Master of the Minotaurs is some mad tech-priests work at recreating such a feat.
waiwaiwai... Wait a minute. The "child" that saved the soon-to-be Asurmen wasn't just some rando. She was the warrior who would become Jain Zar ; Asurmen didn't meet the Banshe of world... I really recommend the novel "Jain Zar" : it tells the whole story of Asurmen's rebirth alongside his first pupil, if you want some Black Library "approved" lore.
FINALLY we get to dip our balls in some Eldar lore!

You've got a lot of untapped content in this format. The non-tabletop character videos, especially the Barabas Dantioch one are *really* good and show how 40k's a fleshed out universe, with real characters. Not everything has to be "BOOM BOOM CHAINSWORD GO BRRR"
Edit: actually thinking of it the Dantioch episode was probably the most emotional video since the Gotrek and Felix one. It hits harder when it's just one guy.
My IQ drops 2pts for every majorkill vid i watch and ive been watching since 2021.
I was looking to buy Asurmen, but I couldn't find his model, Karandras, Fuegan, or Baharroth's on Games Workshop's pages. That tells me their models are getting updated, but I love the look of Majorkill's so much, I just had to grab it! I already got GW's Maugan Ra and Jain Zar, so I'm excited to add another phoenix lord to my collection
In older lore (not sure if still canon) all direswords on all dire avenger exarchs could perma-death a demon. Which you think would mean they would show up on at least a couple Ordo Malleus inquisitors but apparently not.
I imagine the eldar not having enough numbers to fund a entire army of ultra space elves.
