There's an art to designing ride queues. If done properly it enhances the entire experience because it builds anticipation while you wait. This queue is an example of a great one. It's so nostalgic for me. I hope they never change it. SM is being completely rebuilt in Japan right now. We'll have to see what they do with it as a sign of thing to come. There's the issue of getting people over the tracks to board the ride. Indiana Jones is terrible. After an amazing queue all the way until you're ready to board, you get stuck in this narrow stair well with no view of the ride. They way they built the SM ramp encircling the entire room is just so great in my opinion.
@redfightblue I see, even if it isn't large because of being land locked. Seeing stars from windows on queue ramp corners especially with the recently touched up station Black parts other than the ride itself, better than no immersion at all. Indiana Jones on the other hand has to have a bridge for a double loading station to prevent collision, still a lot of scenery as well as small windows to peek from the props in the middle as well as one on the right exit stairs.
@@WarpedUpReality You meant X2’s on board audio comparing to the condition of Disneyland space mountain’s? I was still having a toss sensation that affects me the whole way thru. And besides, space mountain almost always maintain the atmosphere and onboard audio to elaborate guests eificciently.
Disneyland allows these to be on the ride, but yet people are nosing businesses to those who use handheld cameras. Space Mountain POVS would not look too dark with a low light camera of any type that sees stars. More thrilling coasters are a different story so I use a gopro instead.

High speed? All 25 mph?
Disneyland Space is the BEST
@justimagine2403 darkness and wind machines makes it feel faster, it's actually about 30 mph.
No music or surrounds? What is this Six Flags?

@@KaiShortsPCArtWIPCopyFree5656 No, X2 is a rare example of a partially themed ride, Disney is more known for quality. This does not scream quality.
@WarpedUpReality I can handle your opinion on Space mountain immersion, doesn't feel like Six Flags to me however.
love hearing others yell... PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY!
Right!! I was like, haha that’s hilarious.
