I’m a 52-year-old man. After riding this ride, I had the realization that I haven’t felt this happy, just pure joy and happiness, like a child would feel, in a really, really long time. Hearing a song from my teenage years that I have always loved (Everybody Wants To Rule The World) combined with an incredible visual (galaxies and orbiting the moon!?!?) and a ride that was just amazing….I enjoyed this so much. I wish I could ride this every day. ❤
@@alfu2169 yeah well obviously you're talking about a roller coaster vs a themed ride and experience. Cedar point is high thrill this stuff at Disney and universal is more for immersion which they do damn well.

This ride was honestly the most fun I've had in YEARS. I genuinely felt joy I haven't felt since childhood the entire way through. I thought my face was going to split in half with how hard I was smiling. I can't stop thinking about it.
I always take Dramamine every time I go to Universal Studios so I can ride the coasters I road this one two days ago not realizing what it was no Dramamine on bored and felt like my head was floating but it was awesome. Definitely unique experience.

I have ridden this over hundred times. Never gets old. The video doesn’t give it justice. I’m 59 and ridden roller coasters from Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia and all coasters in Florida. This is not just a roller coaster it’s an experience that moves through the universe. I’m so glad I’m retired living next to Disney with an annual pass.
This is the most amazing ride I've ever been on and you're right the video doesn't give it justice at all you have to really be in that seat to experience this once in a lifetime type of ride. I've never been on such an amazing Thrill Ride in my life and I don't know if it can ever be topped at this point! Phenomenal

One of the greatest rides and experiences you can possibly do! I got this song and I got emotional because it literally just feels like you're weightless just flying through space. Its so smooth and it doesn't even feel like you're traveling 60 mph

@@tadm123It's fairly fast, but not nearly as fast as the Aerosmith ride. I'm not a huge fan of rides either but this in my opinion is by far the greatest rollercoaster I have ever been on. If you go to Epcot you cannot miss out on this ride.
Honestly when I went on this yesterday I was crying in the beginning when it first takes you forward, but by the time my picture was taken I was smiling. Guardians is hands down my favorite ride.
The ride combined with the song reminded me of when mom and dad were together, went on it today and 10/10 would do again. I cried during the ride because of how happy and beautiful everything was. Happy tears.
I rode this for the first (and second) time last week. The wait was over an hour despite the online queue. I got a little cranky in the long line after walking on almost every other ride at disney during my trip. However, after this insanely fun ride I couldn’t stop smiling and it was 100% worth the wait. I am not a fan of Marvel movies at all, and this is by far the best and most fun ride I’ve ever been on in my life. I will return to Epcot just to go on this ride again. The 80’s music blasting makes this even better and I didn’t know you get a different song until I rode a second time right before the park closed
The music literally makes it! Without it, it wouldn’t be as good. Like space mountain- Disneyland has really cool music in the background, while Disney worlds space mountain doesn’t. Imo, it makes it so much worse. I come off of Disneylands space mountain with a large smile, but I come off of Disneyworlds space mountain wishing there was music.

First time i rode this, i actually started crying. This ride made me emotional in such a happy way and i was so happy and felt pure joy. I don’t even know how long it’s been since I felt THAT THAT happy. I was sitting with my best friends and my sister and it was honestly the best thing I’ve ever felt. This dude is better than anyone can imagine, and totally caught me off guard. And the music really makes it 10x better. This is my favorite ride in disney, and probably all the theme parks. I will never forget this experience ❤

I experienced this masterpiece for the first time today. I honestly can’t remember the last time I was able to let go of all the worries of the world and be so engrossed in the moment. This ride brought back a level of happiness I thought long forgotten. The happiness of a child. Truly an amazing feeling. Easily my favorite ride ever.

im terrified of rollercoasters, and any ride with large g force, and in line for this i was completely freaked out. i just got off of this a couple minutes ago and as soon as i hear that Tears for Fears song play, i just belted the entire song the whole ride and it made me feel much better! great sountrack, great effects, amazing feel of it all! i cant promise i wont be scared in line for this again in the future, but i know that will mostly be suspense because this is the best ride in all of epcot, animal kingdom, magic kingdom, universal studios, and hollywood (well maybe not hollywood)
I just finished this ride. I’ve hit a lot of cool roller coasters in my time on earth, but this was on another level. There’s no way to compare it to any coaster. It’s unique and breath taking. Disney knocked this one out of the park.

The projection mapping on the entire hallway at 3:24 is absolutely mind blowing. And it times perfectly with the main melody of this specific song too.. goosebumps every time
Went in February and were lucky enough to ride it twice. Easily the best amusement park attraction I’ve ever been on. This is truly the first attraction I’ve ever rode with absolutely no idea what it was about going in.

This is one of the best things I have ever done in my life… I’m 12 and I went here with my dad. Even though I screamed the whole entire time and held of to his arm for dear life, I will never ever forget this. This is one of the best memories I have, and this is honestly my comfort video. I loved this ride, but I love more the memories i had while on it. I cry whenever I hear that song now
this was one of the best rides i’ve ever been on in my entire life. my coaster hating cousin even loved it. i was so ready to hate this ride because i myself have a hard time with coasters, i was freaking out until the launch and suddenly i was scream laughing with my hands up the entire time. this was one of the few times ive ever felt like, pure joy and whimsy on a ride. it was an AMAZING feeling. love this ride so much.

If you get motion sick, beware. I was shaking like a leaf after with vertigo and the steps post ride can be scary. That being said, everyone else in our large party LOVED it.
It was definitely the best ride i’ve ever been on but it had me feeling rough for a little while after lol. Taking dramamine before I ride it again tomorrow
What an amazing experience this was. We ended up getting flock of seagulls- I Ran which fit so well too. One of the top coaster experiences I have ever had.
this ride is so fun! There are several different songs they rotate between too so you could get a different song each time you ride. We got "One way or Another" by Blondie last time.
I'm not gonna lie, I'm a huge ride chicken 😂 but man this is an amazing ride. Like nothing can compete with this. Yes there's crazy scary coasters like velocicoaster and stuff but this is just so smooth, and everything from the queue to the little show, the music that could change each time you ride is amazing. Tron was a lot of fun too but it's got nothing on this.
I just rode Tron but I don’t like coasters much so I chose the seat car. Thought it was awesome. Going to Epcot tomorrow and we are thinking of riding this. But not gonna lie I’m a little nervous. But it looks like an awesome ride.
I rode this a couple years ago and it was insane! I will say, I’ve never felt sick on a ride before and this one definitely did that to me…NO FEAR! This ride is so innovative and fun, AND, for next time, I’ll know to prepare/take motion sickness meds if needed.
It's a great ride! Rode it last week, and it played "I ran" from A flock of seagull. The song made the experience even more enjoyable. Everytime I listen to it I will remember this ride. Even if you are afraid of roller coasters, go for this one. It's worth it.

This is the best ride on earth. It’s Disney through and through. My family rode it and we were giddy with “what the heck was that?!” All over our faces.
Some things to look out for before this ride: Dizziness is common, but I came out just fine and I have slight motion sickness You’ll be tired of the lines and stand in 3 whole rooms before getting to the loading area, which also takes a long time That first hill after the launch is WAYY more intense and higher than the videos show Expect a slight second launch up a hill, but it’s barely noticeable
I just rode this on Sunday for the first time - what an experience! I had the pleasure of going on twice and got Everybody Wants To Rule The World and One Way Or Another. I was singing at the top of my lungs to Tears For Fears completely forgetting about what was happening on the screens around me. One Way Or Another felt like I was in attack mode with the Guardians on the mission to recapture the Cosmic Generator, so the music definitely changes the experience of the ride.
My family and I rode this yesterday, I told my son I hope we got Everybody Wants to Rule the World as it is one of my all time childhood favorites. Well, it happened and he and I were front row. Amazing. It was a wonderful experience for all of us, even my wife absolutely loved it and she’s not a huge thrill ride lover. Today is our last full day at WDW and yep, I was on the Disney app waiting at 6:59 at the queue line refresh button 😊. We had a fantastic week and this is what we chose to do for our last day. ❤
Honestly was the best rollercoaster I have ever rode on as most of you are saying the same. Perfectly executed ride design, it really felt like you were in space with the guardians. The song choice couldn’t have been better. We rode it a few weeks ago and I got the chills again watching this video!
I just got off this ride and I have a headache 😢. If you have severe motion sickness then don’t get on this ride. I thought I would be okay because the comments said it was smooth just fast but it has deep drops and turns and it’s really fast! If you’re not a roller coaster person then I highly suggest to avoid this ride. I felt like I was going to vomit.

This was my favorite ride of my life! In my they changed the music, it was really good too (September - Earth, Wind & Fire). I think it fits more in the movie.
I grew up going to and working for Six Flags, so I thought I knew great coasters. This is by far the greatest coaster I’ve ever ridden. The car spinning technology is unmatched.

Are there any big drops? Big Thunder and mine train about about the only ones I have no fear of doing because there are no big dips or drops.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST RIDE IN DISNEY BY FAR!!! I was literally in tears after my first time, it was that good!!!
Just got back from Orlando. Rode this 3 times during our stay. I could have cried with emotion when I got off it the first time…the best ride, if not the best time of my life!

Went on this the first time last week and got the same song. I was in awe the entire time and was still in shock even after being off the ride for several minutes. Best ride ever.
That’s one of the few true experiences you get in life and having your son next to you was the icing on the cake

Me TOO! I could barely walk I was so nauseated , couldn’t wait to get out to the bushes in case I really did hurl! It was great , a def out of body experience , awesome music, family loved it too. I just wish I wasn’t so prone to motion sickness 🤢
Made me sick too.. but I enjoyed it.. space mountain did me in.. made me waaay more sick.. I was done for the day after space mountain..
I went to Epcot for the first time yesterday and rode this…it changed my life. The best ride I have ever gotten on. Pure euphoria.
Was at Epcot last week. Even for someone that has never seen Guardians of the galaxy, this was by far one of the best rides I have been on. Tears of joy. Well done Disney!
Whoever thought of the spinning coaster idea and the music while you are riding is a pure genius

The best seat on that ride is the front row of the last car. You are facing forward as it launches backwards. My son and I rode and it was incredible.

The projection mapping on the entire hallway at 3:24 is absolutely mind blowing. And it times perfectly with the main melody of this specific song too.. goosebumps every time
Went in February and were lucky enough to ride it twice. Easily the best amusement park attraction I’ve ever been on. This is truly the first attraction I’ve ever rode with absolutely no idea what it was about going in.
This video doesn’t even begin to do it justice. Best coaster I’ve ever been on and I’ve been on pretty much every cedar point coaster. I wish I could’ve rode it twice. They played One Way or Another during my ride and it was seriously such a rush

Wish I could ride this for the first time again. That backwards jump was so unexpected and the entire thing was so amazing and fun. Favorite ride of any amusement park, ever.
This is one of the best things I have ever done in my life… I’m 12 and I went here with my dad. Even though I screamed the whole entire time and held of to his arm for dear life, I will never ever forget this. This is one of the best memories I have, and this is honestly my comfort video. I loved this ride, but I love more the memories i had while on it. I cry whenever I hear that song now
this was one of the best rides i’ve ever been on in my entire life. my coaster hating cousin even loved it. i was so ready to hate this ride because i myself have a hard time with coasters, i was freaking out until the launch and suddenly i was scream laughing with my hands up the entire time. this was one of the few times ive ever felt like, pure joy and whimsy on a ride. it was an AMAZING feeling. love this ride so much.

@@Baby_Llama_MamaNot a lot of drops or barely any, u might have two but they're not really big drops like that. Also no there's no upside down moments on this ride, I've been on this last week. It's still the best and most fun roller coaster I experienced at Disney World, you'll enjoy it :)

Just got back from Disneyworld and still thinking about this amazing ride the perfect combination of thrill and feeling immersed in the story. And the ride itself is so smooth 10/10
If you get motion sick, beware. I was shaking like a leaf after with vertigo and the steps post ride can be scary. That being said, everyone else in our large party LOVED it.

this ride is so fun! There are several different songs they rotate between too so you could get a different song each time you ride. We got "One way or Another" by Blondie last time.
I also got that song and it was sooooooooo fun! I honestly loved it blasting into my ears 🤗

Just went on Tuesday and we got the song “September” it fit so perfect with the style of the ride
I'm not gonna lie, I'm a huge ride chicken 😂 but man this is an amazing ride. Like nothing can compete with this. Yes there's crazy scary coasters like velocicoaster and stuff but this is just so smooth, and everything from the queue to the little show, the music that could change each time you ride is amazing. Tron was a lot of fun too but it's got nothing on this.

I just rode Tron but I don’t like coasters much so I chose the seat car. Thought it was awesome. Going to Epcot tomorrow and we are thinking of riding this. But not gonna lie I’m a little nervous. But it looks like an awesome ride.
Agreed, tron wasn’t nearly as great as this. Plus it doesn’t have that sickening launch.
I love Velocicoaster. But as a themed, immersive experience that is also unique and fun, Guardians Cosmic Rewind is just chef's kiss.
I rode this a couple years ago and it was insane! I will say, I’ve never felt sick on a ride before and this one definitely did that to me…NO FEAR! This ride is so innovative and fun, AND, for next time, I’ll know to prepare/take motion sickness meds if needed.
I tried this ride around a year ago and didn't like it. But I gave it a second chance today and it was so fun!! Definitely give this ride a chance!
It's a great ride! Rode it last week, and it played "I ran" from A flock of seagull. The song made the experience even more enjoyable. Everytime I listen to it I will remember this ride. Even if you are afraid of roller coasters, go for this one. It's worth it.

My first ride at Walt Disney World, and MAAAN did it blow my freakin mind!!! Best experience EVER! I definitely picked the right morning to eat those magic mushrooms!

@@jasonsmith530its not a tough ride at all it’s actually super smooth. the car your in rotates along the tracks and spins on turns which sounds horrible but i think it actually makes the ride more smooth. definitely a thrilling experience and the best ride i’ve ever been on
This is the best ride on earth. It’s Disney through and through. My family rode it and we were giddy with “what the heck was that?!” All over our faces.
Some things to look out for before this ride:
Dizziness is common, but I came out just fine and I have slight motion sickness
You’ll be tired of the lines and stand in 3 whole rooms before getting to the loading area, which also takes a long time
That first hill after the launch is WAYY more intense and higher than the videos show
Expect a slight second launch up a hill, but it’s barely noticeable

I just rode this on Sunday for the first time - what an experience! I had the pleasure of going on twice and got Everybody Wants To Rule The World and One Way Or Another. I was singing at the top of my lungs to Tears For Fears completely forgetting about what was happening on the screens around me. One Way Or Another felt like I was in attack mode with the Guardians on the mission to recapture the Cosmic Generator, so the music definitely changes the experience of the ride.
My family and I rode this yesterday, I told my son I hope we got Everybody Wants to Rule the World as it is one of my all time childhood favorites. Well, it happened and he and I were front row. Amazing. It was a wonderful experience for all of us, even my wife absolutely loved it and she’s not a huge thrill ride lover. Today is our last full day at WDW and yep, I was on the Disney app waiting at 6:59 at the queue line refresh button 😊. We had a fantastic week and this is what we chose to do for our last day. ❤
Honestly was the best rollercoaster I have ever rode on as most of you are saying the same. Perfectly executed ride design, it really felt like you were in space with the guardians. The song choice couldn’t have been better. We rode it a few weeks ago and I got the chills again watching this video!
I just got off this ride and I have a headache 😢. If you have severe motion sickness then don’t get on this ride. I thought I would be okay because the comments said it was smooth just fast but it has deep drops and turns and it’s really fast! If you’re not a roller coaster person then I highly suggest to avoid this ride. I felt like I was going to vomit.

I grew up going to and working for Six Flags, so I thought I knew great coasters. This is by far the greatest coaster I’ve ever ridden. The car spinning technology is unmatched.

I went on this ride when i visited disney a few weeks ago and ngl probably the best ride. When i was on it “i ran” played and it made the ride so much fun. Was hoping to do it more than once but when i visit again im definitely going on again.
They played the song “everybody wants to rule the world” when i rode it last year and this was the best ride in my life and I can never listen to that song the same again
Hands down one of the best rides I’ve ever been on!!! HIGHLY recommend! I would even pay the 15$ or whatever just to ride that and only that! Amazing experience!!!!!
